I guess, you´re wrong; first of all, ten bank is a very good price for a card which could change its rarity status every moment, and second, almost every of your so-called "big collectors" owns dozens or hundreds of card-farms, and usually doesn´t bid this high, since they tend to expect the card shows off in some of those farms over time...

To add my two cents as a big card farmer with my personal (not that I always follow) pricing guide is

1 owner common 5 bank
2 owner common 3 bank
3 owner common 1 bank

That is of course for no name commons that have CTEd

This was already said above by Frisbeeteria, S2 one-owners aren't valuable unless the nation CTE'd (and even if they CTE'd, now they have a small chance of being found in packs). The nation Whiskyflask, for example, is alive, so anyone could find it in a pack right now.
