Any idea what this means? [trading cards]

I've been on the trading card market for a little while now and I have noticed this message below pop up a few times. I've been trying to work out what it's all about. The most plausible idea so far is that the nation selling the card has CTE'd. As when a card is on the market you can't junk it or gift it. Though there is one problem with the idea and that is I can remember seeing one of my own nations getting that message because it said "you" before the other part.

If the server glitch's and makes two prices for someone it may happen or if the nation CTEs while the card is at auction that can happen

I'm pretty sure I've seen it happen on bids and asks too. I don't think the auction needs to be active.

I had a case for that a little bit back on a true ex the server pulled both close to the end of an auction even. There was a post in technical about it cuz both the parties where like wait what?!
