Oh, this sounds very interesting.
I've seen many collections during my time in NS Cards, and some have proven to be
much more interesting than that of high deck value ones.
For example, I've noticed a
borderline complete collection of commended users, a
complete list of all the firstly-ranked nations in terms of NS stats, an
immense, yet adorably immense, archive of cats, a
wacky, but aesthetically pleasing display of GIF cards, and even
a difficult to create, yet somehow completed, database of every single game volunteer we've had... card-wise.
Who's to say that these collections aren't notable by themselves? They're unique, and many of those cards in said collections aren't even reputed for their high deck values, but for the
accomplishments each user (behind those cards) has achieved during their NS career (for example: being an
RP Mentor doesn't yield a necessarily high market value, but it's definitely still a great achievement to have for a NS user, especially when considering the amount of collections made that feature said RP Mentor). I'd like to see collections not merely be recognized by the quantity of value behind those collections, but
also the actual quality of said cards that comprise the whole of a collection.
Simply put, yes, I'd like to see this idea be considered. A card player's collection definitely should not merely be judged by the amount of high-value legendaries (or whatever card, really) they possess, but the
actual uniqueness of those collections as well, and upvoting a player's collection sounds like a good solution.
