I'll buy any card of a nation in my region for 1.5x the junk price (including my own card). I'll buy common cards in the following list for 0.05 and uncommons for 0.10.

If anyone has an Ikania card, I'll buy that for twice the junk price. There are a couple of other random cards in this list, too, and I'll buy them according to the above system.

100% of the people who look at their cards from time to time will see your bids if they own the cards.

Make Bids. That's what they're there for.
