Site staff would be happy to have them back. It's up to admin, of course (as we've been saying for months now). They still haven't had time to resolve some coding issues, and cards won't be back until they find that time.

Alternately, you can hold your breath until your face turns blue. Or throw Cheerios at the wall and make your mom pick them up. Equally effective ways to get the card game back.

But what happens if we don't have Cheerios? Will Fruit Loops do?

I don't live with my mom so no one will be there to pick up the Cheerios.

Got to be realistic here. The admins will come back, and fight some fires then save this. If they even save this, they could have other priorities come up, or get hit by RL more.

While I'm sure that many would love to have it back, the NS staff have far more pressing issues to deal with, like protecting NS from those who try to launch DDOS attacks.

So yeah, I'd be surprised if the cards are ever brought back, to be honest: even if they return, I imagine that it'd lose a lot of the charm that made it so addictive and attractive in the first place.
