You needed to have joined the website on or before the 31st of March 2018 (I believe). The NationCards April Fools' game was supposed to return after the 8th of April, but nobody - not even [violet] herself - knows when that date is now that they've been working on it so long. Or trying to feed administrative families well enough to allow them to have enough spare time for them to be working on it in the first place.
So since so many nations have died since 3/31/2018, I'm wondering if the cards will be massively reduced or have new nations.
