Sadly, No Card Exists For My Nation

Greetings.

I would like to first say that I hope that I am putting this in the correct forum, and apologize if I am not. Secondly, if this has already been addressed somewhere else, I have looked and not come across it.

As a longtime user of Nationstates, I try to be as active as possible. However, real life concerns occasionally mean that I have to take breaks from the site. I revived this account (my main account) on April 3rd, two days after the start of this trading card game, and sadly, no card exists for my nation. I have enjoyed collecting the cards and would like to eventually have one of my own nation.

My question is: "Will my nation card be added to the pool when this all starts back up in a week?"

More generally, what about other nations that are founded or refounded after April 1st? Thank you in advance,

Yeah, I hope this isn't one of those situations where if you weren't existing at the right time, you lose out on being in the feature.

Ex-nation cards have been known to appear in the cards sometimes, so I'm not quite sure about how this happened that you don't have a card yourself; perhaps there was one of the ex-nation version and that got pulled out when you came back on.

Yes, I have several ex-nation cards in fact. I haven't been able to figure out a rhyme or reason for why some were included and why I was not. I just hope that, now that I am active again, there is a process in place to be made into a card for part two of this trading card feature when it launches in a few days.

You had to CTE during the event to become an ex-nation card, I believe.

I just took a trip to the Boneyard and plugged in some of my ex-nation card names... all the ones I tried CTE'd after the game started.

A "snapshot" of nations was taken before the game, and nations that were present at that time were added to the game. This is why people who joined during the game do not have a card, and also why any nations that CTE'd during the game remained as cards. Seeing as this is going to become a permanent feature however, there is presumably going to be a way for new nations to be added.

Makes sense, but I guess I'm really looking for confirmation that that is the case from a moderator or admin account.
