Card Battle (WIP)

Welcome to this game. As it's name said, you will battle other players with your own card deck. It's based on an idea I read from a thread. More will be written as I get more ideas from other interested players

Mechanism:
- Health will be based on population, divided by 1000
- Nation's can use all cards in their possession. However, if they want to use their own, they must have that card

Tbh, I'm too lazy to finish it. So other people are free to compile a mechanism of how the game works. Perhaps work together to produce a single accepted mechanism, or produce different individual mechanisms, which will be voted to select the best one
