It's a cool gimmick, but there are several flaws with it.

You can't finish it. You can't make custom collections inside one's hoard (eg. creating a collection called 'my region' that has all your regional cards in it, or one called 'ex-mods' with various ex-mods in it, or one that is called 'friends' with everyone that you consider to be friends with. Or 'allies' for everyone that is your RP ally, etc.).

Another flaw is the scarcity system. Making random nations being called 'Legendary' just looks bad for the others. Since one cannot grow to become a different class of cards.

Okay for a gimmick, not okay for an extensive game. I'm a legend in my own right
