Certainly there need to be some sort of controls for selling between puppets at way less than junk price.

I also have a sneaky suspicion that the rare cards are dealt out based on a different algorithm than the common/uncommon ones. Like rares are handed out based on time or x number per hour per nation. The regular commons and uncommons feel like they're handed out as a percentage of nations on NationStates, but because most people don't play the game, they're not being picked up in the numbers they ought to be, and are actually rarer than some epic cards.

I've seen it, but the thing to remember is that having a bunch of nations say they want something is not actually helpful at all. Posting here with a number next to your name isn't constructive, what is constructive is telling us how you want the game to look going forward, what features can be changed, what challenges the card game will face and how to address those challenges, etc. "We like this" is all well and good, but if it isn't sustainable in its present form then that's not actually much for us to work with.

Perhaps the cards could be used in some kind of game, e.g. sort of like the challenge mode but using other nations, essentially Top Trumps: Nationstates edition? Top trumps is sort of boring though, so perhaps you could have something like this: each player starts with 5 cards as their "hand", which both players can see. The game is played over 5 rounds, where the players each choose a card and a stat. The twist is that a nation's challenge mode level (or rather points, but level would be displayed) determines whether or not the player's chosen stat is compared. Of course that would mean that challenge mode level would also have to be added to the trading cards.
Idk, maybe that would be a terrible game; what do you guys think?

I think evnetually the old players will get up to having to wait a day to get boxes, since my wait time has steadily increased to 40 minutes now.

I agree, however its fun that some of the commen cards, I.E ex nation cards and the anime girl nation ones, have such high values, but I agree, ledgendary should be legendary.
I also cant help but notice you have a much higher chance of getting cards from your region

-24 hour loot box timer, reduced to 2 hours during weekends, 1 hour for holidays, and current times for special events, keep the ability to buy with scrap.

-Only allow trading on Fridays-Mondays and during special events and holidays.

-New Editions twice a year (April 1st and Oct 1st?) that add newer nations to the game, and any card updates that might be deemed necessary.

-New badges for largest collections, largest bank values, most trades, most loot packs opened, most valued card, that reflect on nation profile and the card itself.

I'm sure I can come up with a few other ideas but I haven't slept yet so that's all for now.

EDIT: Card swapping, as mentioned above, is a great idea.

Cards that represent regions, and special event cards (like a non-nation nuclear missile flag only available during N-Day, or a Zombie or SpecOps or Research cards only around during the Zombie events)
