Due to the trend of NationStates' new card system, I have suggested a fixed card price to keep the card economy stable. Many players are no longer using the default NationStates fixed price due to the increasing amount of cards being unboxed.
To know the fixed price, we must follow the 3-step price identification:
" Card Rarity --> Nation's Activeness --> Nation's Economy Level "
There is an average of 5,000-8,000 players active in NationStates every minute. And for every unbox will give us 5 cards with random rarity. We will be using an amount of 6,500 players unboxing every hour based on our average. Multiplying 5 by 6,500 will give us a total of 32,500. Divide it by two (since most players only unbox once per hour) and it will give us 15,250. Rounding it off will give us a total of 15,000.
TL;DR There are no less than 15,000 cards are being unboxed EVERY HOUR
The Card's Rarity will identify the base price of the card since the rarity of the card is the easiest to identify among the three.

Now we have the base price, but wait! There's more! The base price of the card will change based on how active the nation written in the card is. We will be basing the price change on how the nation is active ON NATIONSTATES, we do not include on how the nation is active on other third-party services such as Discord, Off-site Region Forums, etc.

The card's price will undergo one last step in order to identify its final fixed price; Identifying its Economical State. Why, you say? Its because why will we price a nation's card if the nation's economical status itself cannot afford the given price. This step will not only make economically-successful nation cards expensive, but it will also prevent Economic Nation Card Fraudness.
