It means there won't be anymore. The ones that exist will still exist, but there won't be new ones.
Edit: Also, most of my collection is now ex-nation cards.

Only from getting them through packs. They'll still be generating since currently active nations might decide to leave the game, and ya know what that means

I currently have 205 ex-nation cards that I am willing to part with.
I will sell the Rares for 0.15,
I will sell the uncommons for 0.10
For the commons I will have a bargain, 10 for the price of 0.05.
Remember, there will be no new cards produced for any of these nations. So if you see any you like, you should get them while they're still around.

I just like the fact that they're ex-nations. They've got that weirdly-unique look to them and I sorta associate the fact that they're "dead" nations with my country when it's in-character (ICly, a normal citizen is supposed to be dead here before we make use of them; sounds weird but it's true).

Now I'm even more inclined to buy these since you can no longer receive them from packs ;p

I on the other hand have the exact opposite frame of thinking. These cards are ugly af. Will scrap if you don't buy them to free up deck space.
