It was more of an actual question because I'm new to the card values, so honestly I just don't know what makes it so expensive, especially as I though commons and ex nations would actually be incredibly low in the price range.

Card Trading Basic 101
If there are only few people owning that cards, sell it at high price.

Huh, I guess I understand wanting to have a card that not many other people have, but me personally would rather have something that actually looked cool lol.
