Mine is ultra-rare, most of my puppets uncommon or ultra-rare.

(I hope S3 came out soon(although it won't), all of my puppets I founded after S2 started have no card.)

An interesting thing I noticed:

This nation has had only 20 million of population (was like 1 week old?) and it got ultra rare quality.

Currently retired. This nation (my first on this website) will be put to rest after 4 years on April 22.
