You'd all be merged in your own way: HOTA1, HOTA2, HOTA3 or the same thing with the others. It'd be interesting though!

There should be a function where you can telegram all members in your faction, though. If there already isn't.

Not really jealous. Like I said in my opening post, I did pretty good, for being a member of a faction with only 2 other people. It's not necessary to nerf them, but it might make it more interesting if factions where nerfed the bigger they got, so that smaller factions can have an actual impact. It will make N-day more interesting.

If the megafactions where nerfed as suggested. It would mean that me and the other fifty people who larp as the Viet Cong every N-day won't have to try as hard to break into the top twenty.

Fair enough, I literally do the same thing so I get it, so I could go either way, but I still think it would be fun to see more medium sized factions. Everyone is either very small, or very big. Middle powers just get instantly deleted. Imposing some kind of penalty on larger factions doesn't mean Megafactions cease to exist, it just encourages factions to spread out their numbers and create more "middling powers" which I think could spice things up.

Seeing friends and allies pitted against each other would be insane, but that would probably cause a ton of cooperation issues and lots of nations wouldnt perform the same. Besides, who would be in command?

The JEFF leadership had decided to have the faction shut down, causing the remaining 2000+ nations to be destroyed one by one. Fury took over me, and I unleashed my fury and anguish upon one of the JEFF commanders. How could they have chosen the coward’s way out, I thought. HOW?? As I write this, I still do not forgive the four nations that have led the Jellyfish Elite Fighting Force for their questionable and cowardly decision. I vowed to get vengeance on them in the next N-Day, but at least I enjoyed this one while I was alive, slaughtering my foes with utmost exaltation.
