If people had just ignored them it would be their worse possible scenario. Maybe put shields on all of their attacks, but nuking them just makes them feel self-righteous with the added loss of giving mega-factions time to mobilize.

Well, at least HOTA is having a blast at the top so it's not all bad.

Meanwhile, the factions that were supposedly supposed to be the "anti-megafaction" factions, the Grand Coalition and Yggdrasil Security Coalition, came after me, a region that, until the last four hours, had only 4 nations in the faction (getting a surprise fifth member in the final couple of hours that was also nuked down by Deadline Dodgers) and focused on fighting roughly equal powered factions, so I won't say anything bad about HOTA. They had our back without us asking for their help.

A grey rain falls on Revachol. The city soaks in it, cold and dripping. Waves hit the concrete breakers. The homeless huddle by the fires behind the fences. There, among the shacks, is your home. Stay. Have a drink. This is somewhere to be. This is all you have, but it's still something. Streets and sodium lights. The sky, the world. You're still alive.

It's like with defenders. They claim to care for justice and native nations but they're only want the glory and lead more destruction to most raided regions they touch from the "malicious" raiders. Nice to see you had a good time and if you want, you can join HOTA next N-Day.

"The foibles of politics and the march of time can turn friends into enemies
just as easily as the wind changes. Ridiculous, isn’t it? Yesterday’s ally becomes today’s opposition….
Enemies change along with the times, and the flow of the ages. So then what is an enemy?
Is there such thing as an absolute timeless enemy? There is no such thing and never has been.
And the reason is that our enemies are human beings like us.
They can only be our enemies in relative terms."
