The nano machines break apart the bombs and the radioactive warhead is still broken down and dispersed. It does not matter the fission material since most of the trigger explosive are broken down. All chemical weapons not to mention reprogramming weapons or redirect them to the source and send them back from where they came from and still clean up fallout.

Don't worry the Freeland of Zanth will do everything to clean your air, your fallout and any pollution you may have. Your welcome to have and build lead reactors and to have clean cheap energy.
