You think you win accolades because you ran away from conflict? At the same moment you and yours were fleeing with your tails between your legs from the prospect of losing score, ANAL was facing 500k nukes from HotA. Sure, their leaderboard placing wasn’t great. But really, you want to congratulate yourselves on refusing to stand your ground and show your pride? It almost sounds like you never thought you could do better than this and so you did what you could to not show everyone what your real capabilities are in the face of danger. Everyone else was willing to fight to the end. Why are you on the same level when you didn’t?

you know, you're one of the few ns players who i dont immediately laugh at when the words "show your pride" come out of their mouth so ill just say that any strategy is valid as long as its irl legal and follows site rules, and complaining after you won is the epitomy of bad sportsmanship

Our excellent early work guaranteed at least 30-40k score even with max rads (still enough for 3rd), and faced with the robotic organisation of a megafaction twice our size we landed enough hits and held out for long enough to retreat with dignity in the face of all the usual adversity. Against the shameless alliance, we held a well deserved and hard fought 3rd place, guaranteed whether we gracefully floated away (do Jellyfish float?(i mean obviously they do but is that the correct term for the particular movement technique)) or let ourselves be farmed like all the others.

My only regret from this event is that scoreboard slot for JEFF is the most undeserved spot on the scoreboard I've ever seen.

It's a a Make-A-Wish 3rd Place, that. Cowardice should not be rewarded, especially not cowardice in the face of a poor strategy blowing up in ones' face.

Oh ok, some of the nations I know like Daphomir were the ones attacking me so it's all right. Hopefully next N-day JEFF won't have any rogues attacking me because if they do I'll nuke them. (Or try to, knowing large factions if they see a small faction attack on of their members they'll defend the member then send 5,000 nukes on the nation who attacked) So uh, excluding JEFF rogues who attack me I won't attack you guys. Slight misunderstanding with the rogues so I apologize for the "JEFF attacked me so prepare to die next N-day!" thing in the other post.

My point is that JEFF leaders went on a "tactical retreat" when in reality, they just wanted to maintain their 3rd place and let everyone else to die to avoid fighting the big dogs.

Hota is made up of 50 people who have an insane amount of puppets. Early on captchas made the event border line unplayable for mass puppeteers, thats why Khan had to defend Hota. You had every opportunity to take advantage of this yet you miscalculated and ended up going for the smallest mega faction, Khan. This isn't jeff from last n-day, this year you had your shit together at first. Don't pretend this wasn't a massive blunder on your part.

Not sure what you're referring to. I didn't see anyone ragequitting on the JEFF server or anywhere. The only thing we did was to move the non-irradiated nations.
