I never participated, so maybe I missed something...
But what happened to Anime Nations Against Liberals?
I briefly checked the leaderboard at the start of the event, and they had something like 112,000 nations in their gang. (A third of the entire NS population).
But today I haven't seen them anywhere on the leaderboards.
Did they disband?

Your uhhh, numbers are way off. Like not even an order of magnitude mistake they're just wrong, A.N.A.L. had 7.5k ish. And we didn't go anywhere, we were on the leaderboards for a while, but eventually met the end all factions did this time around, getting beaten by HotA.

I think the worst thing about the game isn't that people got bumrushed, it's that we never got a chance to nuke any of the mods. At least none I saw were playing.

We really need a way to limit puppet hordes in N-Day. It makes for a horribly unbalanced game. Maybe require that only one nation associated with a given email address can participate in N-Day?

That would unbalance it even more, something like 40% of all the WAs in the game are in PA member regions.
