To think that the whole universe is ruled by a single marine species, with a lifetime of only a few years somehow manage to stand up on two feet in a day's time and call it a universal government with the power of several galaxies, the Rucians would designate the sole winner as a danger to the existence of humanity.
The Story News [TSN]: 179 million people, all military units including Zamo Tamahasi, the newest elected Prime Minister had just left for the stars in emergency rescue mission by KP-13, leaving Rucian to fight alone by herself as the last human on Rucia against overwhelming odds on her glassed homeland. Fate of other four planets in Keteria remains unknown.
