Absolutely yes, most probably because it will be a fortress of neutrality and build enough luxury bunkers to house everyone in the country. The sunshine and perfect beaches and shores are going to bear the brunt of the missile though.

It surely will. Until that one nuke hits the capital. Then, country splinters. Besides, it's unlikely, that they built shelters for anyone but their elites. So... it's gonna be reduced to a lil' bunch of elites, trying to survive.
