I need help with this, I want to join my region's faction, I know which one it is but I have no idea how to join. :(

You can join a faction from 22:00 (London time) tonight. Any regional officer may create a new faction from that time onwards, as well as executive Founders, and Delegates with any level of authority.

You can't join factions.
