I can bet that everyone nukes one another as would most people. And I'd probably be one of them. In other words, everyone goes nuke first think later.

All nations will be forced to abandon their regions and go into last-nation-standing war. Everyone will be in such a rush to survive they will ignore the important stuff like their military and will not be expecting it when all the Nations are Socialist / Communist and we will all be a part of one region: The Soviet Union.
