Considering UPPERCUT is being targeted by........ EVERYONE BASICALLY I doubt they will win. As I write this they have 133,944 radiation meaning at the most about a third of their nations have been taken out (approx 1109 nations give or take 200). As I write this they have 2535 nukes incoming which will bring their shield count down to 10k. In a few hours they will likely reach zero shields and they will be destroyed (probably) by the Horseman of the Apocalypse.
