Basically, entire REGIONS worth of nations will be nuked. Nukes will fly from the expert nations, and the novices that DO have more than 12 million and decide to play WILL DIE! Experts may or may not survive.

Canopy will once again get out of it all with zero radiation and zero casualties, but will also have barely struck anyone back. They'll be very high on all of the lists we care about.

UPPERCUT will win, though they will also suffer the embarrassment of their members launching almost as many nukes at their allies as they will their enemies.

Augustin Alliance will do much better this year. I say second place for them, after UPPERCUT and before CANOPY.

All nations that join will be shielded

. I think they'll learn from their mistakes and make MUCH more shield for N-Day4. Canopy's strategy of getting zero radiation is a bit extreme (and inefficient, they can make 2 nukes for each shield you make, and you have to have a rather high ratio of active to AFK nations), so I think if they can find a balance between their current strat and Canopy's, they'll do quite well.

The goal of 0 radiation being inefficient would imply that our goal is efficiency - 0 radiation is the goal and leaderboard placement is a happy secondary effect.

That said, I think the cost of shields vs nukes is deliberate to prevent everyone from just turtling, which even we don't strictly do.
