Several major Sleetavian cities were hit by large yield nuclear weapons. Tens of millions have died, but thankfully a lot of people evacuated in time to the massive underground bunker network beneath Sleetavia. Some people even took to ships and even getting rides onboard Bolos, using their hulls as cover from the radiation. It may take a couple of years, but the radiation can be removed with the advanced technology Sleetavia has, and the destroyed cities can easily be repaired, although there is much to do

Can you really win a Nuclear war? Apparently yes.

The day dawned on Dragonisia..

Dragons that had deployed overseas delivering nuclear warheads returned, none lost in the conflict. No nuclear weapons had touched Dragon Empire soil. The valiant alliance Uppercut had only taken the losses it had permitted. Emperor Maelstrom declared a national holiday and while the silos were on stand down invited all members of the nuclear quadrad to a mass banquet to recognize their supreme performance in the face of adversity.. having fired over 960 weapons, destroying tens of nations in the name of the Empire for Uppercut.

The banquet hall was prepared with the finest of foods and drink, including charred remains of nuked adversaries. Adorning the back hall, the portrait of Franco's Spain hung un-singed by enemy fire once again. Music played the population rejoiced that they had been spared by co-ordination unprecedented and an Emperor wise enough to guide his people through their darkest of times. For as the world burned around them, they stood.. untouched by war.

In Furby Island it's just another normal day. Many things have happened, but the country remained untouched. Only 2 nuclear missiles were launched at Furby Island, and both were shot down. The Furbish government has began sending aid to allies that got nuked in the war. But the Nuclear Department, especially Missile Defense Agency has become famous for the war. They have shot down all missiles that threatened the country, and their allies. Many people in the Nuclear Department, including must of the Missile Defense Agency, have gotten the Furbish Medal of Honor - First Class for their actions, and a special medal has been made for every soldier involved.

The ruins of the nation became apparent to a horrified populace, as the people in space and the people below look at their former homeland. The ruins spread throughout, and horrendous signs of radiation and ashes were apparent everywhere. The capital itself was utterly destroyed, and the ruins reflected the spirit felt throughout the nation.

The government is sent to a mass panic, which became magnified to the Emperor's unconsciousness, sending him to the hospital level on the observatory. As he rested, the government unanimously agreed to repair the nation with the nanobots and biological techniques while the population stays where they are until it is completed. Estimated to be an hour with the nanobots they own, the nation resolves to stay united during this trying times and to ensure that they shall rise again, and become the symbol of Democracy, Wealth, and Science it was and shall be.

"It was all going so well..."

For hours South Miruva was untouched along with its allies, but a ferocious barrage out of nowhere had overwhelmed every nation's shields. Thousands of missiles thundered down, blasting the empty shells of buildings long since evacuated, just in case of this precise situation. Underground, thousands and millions awaited in bunkers scattered across the landscape.

Underneath the capital, the Defense Committee grimly reviewed reports. The bunkers had been wired up to maintain contact, but at least 3 had been cut off, their fates unknown. All forces had withdrawn, their last minute aid efforts terminated as they scrambled into shelters. Chief Executive Moski Emers and Deputy Executive Andrew Matteo had refused to leave their office when prompted to 45 minutes before the first missiles hit, and they hadn't been seen since. All in all, it was a desperate situation. The bunkers had enough food, water, and medicine to last 30 days, as according to protocol, but after that, who knew? Perhaps if they rationed, began underground production, they could hold out longer. But eventually, they would have to return to the surface, and face whatever was now out there.

OOC- Finally, an excuse opportunity to change my nation's scenario/story to something more comfortable for me.

All of our major cities have been destroyed, along with many of our larger towns. The Imperial family has survived, and the army is now trying to restore order. The majority of the Imperial navy remains intact and is ferrying supplies from our colonies to help rebuild.

Within the highly limited republic, the color of the sky glows with a blue aura. Massive amounts of shields being pumped out, only a single nuke being fired. The republic once again, lives to see another day.

Albeit Germany wasn't hit once, we do have to deal with the fallout coming in from neighboring states.
Civilians are therefore advised to remain in their shelters, but services were re-established quickly, since nothing has been damaged.

Eh, our capital city wasn't leveled, then again, it's designed to sustain itself even during the most powerful of storms.

A day of celebration
As the Atkemrian populous hid in the bunkers the missile department was hard at work striking and defending. Atkemri's enemies attempted to destroy her but she was defended by her allies and not one nuke lands upon her lands. While we had been stockpiling our missiles it turns out our enemies had been destroyed without our help. We only landed 7 nukes on some communists but it was well worth it. As the population walks out of their bunkers it was back to normal. A collective cry of relief falls upon the land as a day of celebration was announced. People dancing in the streets and music rung out though the streets. Atkemri was the king of the ash. We were the kings of this brave new world.

OOC: This may be the best post I have ever wrote in my life.

Feldwebel Max König of the 1. Panzer-Division, climbed out of his bunker to survey the radioactive wasteland around him. Nothing was left but ruins and ashes.

Suddenly, a figure came out of a ruin. Max pointed his G36 at the shadow, and cried out "Who are you? He never got a reply as the radioactive ghoul charged at him. He fired at the ghoul, but more came out of the ruins. Max ran out ammo, and he tried to run way, but more ghouls came and soon they surrounded him. They closed in on poor Max, and proceeded to sink their teeth into his flesh.

The last thought in his head as he was being consumed by the ghouls was "How did it come to this?", as his screams rung out in the radioactive wasteland, with none but the radioactive ghouls to hear.

The dawn appears on the horizon as the people of sharkistan prepare to try to live another day in their nation. They watch the news that morning or atleast what passes for news about the nations nuked and they begin laughing about how their neutrality saved them not caring about all the lives ended due to the fact they didnt have embassies in any of the nations so they dont really care what happens in the destroyed nations the imperial army, navy, and airforce are preparing incase they can steal land out from under the ruined nations but no plans have been set in stone and the sharkistan imperial government are trying to decide if its a good idea to push their fascist idealology in the ruined nations or not and the kaiser himself is unsure as of this moment anyways sharkistan is making it clear as of right now foreign aid is off of the table until te situation clears itself up a bit. If they give any aid it'll be their way or the highway as the kaiser himself has said to end a press conferrence. The sharkistani people applauded the kaiser's isolationist policies because they only care about sharkistan and the immediate surrounding nations.

by Kenmoria
Four hours after the war finally stopped, shell-shocked people and their families emerged from the bunkers. They prepared for the worst but the worst did not come. Not a single bomb had struck Kenmoria. There was much rejoicing and happiness. People forgot about the sirens and the many soldiers who had died whilst striking other nations, they sunk into a blissful ignorance, unaware of the dizziness affecting those who had not managed to find shelter. Within three hours many had fallen sick. Within five around 20% of the populace had developed an injury. For, though no bombs had fallen, sometimes the shields from the other members of Europe had arrived too late. There was no detonation, but when the protection came it shattered the missiles' hard casings and bathed the earth in green light and gamma radiation. The people of Kenmoria had survived, but death was all too near.

Dequarmi was untouched by the nuclear conflict. This was a fact that plainly showed in the nation's cities. Nothing had changed.

Nothing except the fact that immigrants from nations that did go to war would not be accepted until they underwent sufficient decontamination procedures at the border quarantine.

Mars was heavily bombed by orbital bombardment systems sent out by other nations. The surface colonies were leveled to the ground, and the surface is a radioactive wasteland, ruining the terraforming work.

Despite this however, the underground cities present before the terraforming are still present, and the population has migrated underground. On the surface, the terraforming is once again under way, but will have to contend with the radioactivity and other side effects of the bombing hidden within the Martian sand...

With the nuclear devastation of much of the Earth complete, the Martians returned to their scheduled cylinder launches. Rather than nuclear warheads, these contained invasion forces. The Martians would use the chaos and confusion of their advantage, establishing a foothold where humans could barely stand, encased safely within their fighting machines.

Imperial Address

Imperial Address from the Emperor before global press:

"People of the world, after this great Tragedy has unfolded with powers exchanging nuclear warheads without hesitance, Dragonisia hereby opens its borders to any and all refugees from any nation that seeks humanitarian relief. However, be advised, you should clean yourselves meticulously before arrival. If you smell of charred and microwaved flesh, then upon your arrival there is grave possibility one of our Dragons may mistake you for bacon. So again, we are offering shelter to any and all refugees. Just.. make sure you don't smell cooked when you get here. Our economy is doing so well we have many shelters for our homeless that go unused that may be used as temporary safe-haven for the dispossessed. A program of accelerated immigration is also available for those who fear they may never be able to return to their homelands. Also, if you smell like bacon, I cannot guarantee you won't end up on my plate. Survival of the Fittest! This is all."

The visage of the Dragon Emperor vanished from the TV screen as regular news broadcasting continued.

by The Federation of Kendor
The Kendorian homeland has been destroyed. What had once been a huge, thriving land, were reduced to nothing more than ver large area of irradiated wasteland, with some charred areas and craters where nukes hit. Ruins, the deads (who know they can rise into zombies later), burnt ground, and some animals and plants were all that can be seen (and they can mutate in a generation and more).

The survivors were hiding in the many bunkers around the nation, and some survivors manage to move to un-nuked or un-destroyed nations that were friendly to them, before the merciless destruction. The bunkers were all connected with sophisticated communication and information systems, and some with tunnels. All members of the government survived in the bunkers created specifically for housing them and important peoples, as well as some commoners.

Some brave souls now ventured into the outside world, wearing hazmat suits, masks, and bringing basic survival equipments. They tried to reclaim their homeland, by bringing radiation cleaning equipments, as well as scavenging and doing other things stereotypical in apocalypse movies. They also send people who were once soldiers, guards, security personels, mercenaries, and militias to defend the bunkers from any threats, such as zombies, mutants, or enemy invaders trying to claim Kendor (with the Supreme Authority being the most likely, though they also think that some other nations will grab the land.).

Meanwhile, a group of well prepared preppers landed somewhere on the Northern Kendorian coast. They are Kendorian preppers who escaped from other nations. Being very prepared, to the point of excessive preparing, they decided to find the bunker, while preparing to fight enemy invaders. Some men from a foreign nation also came to establish statues of Saint Josephstan.

Adevians are celebrating that they weren't hit during the war. Parties are being held in the streets. Planned music festivals are going ahead as planned, but have been extended. A four-day weekend has been declared. Schools are remaining closed until Wednesday. Some private companies are also closing on Tuesday. The military is being demobilized, Ambassadors are returning to their posts, Parliament is meeting on Tuesday, and the shelters are being shut down.
