As the magic generators slowly come online for another Operation: Experience Tranquility, millions of rioters in the western most part of the TDDROH
stole factory gear, missiles, uranium and other goods.

The senate has made a united statement on this: "These traitors are rebelling against there own government, there actions do not represent the state of the TDDROH. We strongly recommend any TDDROH citizen outside of the TDDROH to comeback and get under the magic shield. Should the worst come."

Wait... we are just tuning in to a rebel broadcast... stand by.

If they want to help fight let them. They can risk their lives in nucular war if they want. We don't want to fight at all, but don't kill your own citizens because they want to help.

"Thank you both, but the rebels don't seem to want to attack us. They are just siting outside the borders, doing there own thing. Still, we need to keep tight 'borders' for a lack of a better description with them. We could use all the help we can get, maybe convince some to return."- Leader Gordon Freeman.
