The Furby Island Armed Forces Nuclear Defense Headquarters bunker, or FIAF-NDHQ bunker, was active as usual. Mechanics constantly checked the equipment to make sure it was working perfectly, while officers checked the readings. They can notify about a nuclear missile well in advance. The bunker is deep underground, hidden in a mountain. The mountain is unknown, and many people have tried finding it, but with no luck. Finding the mountain is very important to anyone that wants to nuke Furby Island. But the bunker is also hard to destroy if found. It is within a mountain, and it can survive a direct nuclear blast. But that's assuming any nuke reaches it, with all of the missile defense systems.

Colonel Damian Fisher is in charge of the FIAF-NDHQ. He usually checks to make sure everything is in perfect condition. He knows that if anything isn't it can lead to the end of the world. He has worked in the bunker for a long time, and was recently promoted to Colonel in Chief of the FIAF-NDHQ after the previous one retired. Earlier that day, Fisher heard about a possible nuclear war soon. He gathered several officers for a meeting.
