I'm worried cuz I'm joining with my region, Medditerania and the name is Medditaranian Nuke Defense Squad and I plan on being defensive more than offensive (like anyone would fire any nukes at us) so I'm just worried. So sorry for the clickbaity title, it's just what I want to do.

Will factions being created now be wiped, or just the ones that existed at the end of the April apocalypse? Also, any clue when nations that were destroyed in April will be released and able to join factions?

Yup, clean slate for this one, your stats from last time do not carry over. So if you got glassed last time, you're good as new going in to this one!
