"Some older woman came from across the road, sir. She says that she has seen two gentlemen ran into the complex and then they drove off in a black car. She doesn't know what type it was but she saw that it had Globexian license plates on. Over."

"Apparently not. Well.. a lot of cars here use Globexian plates as they get brought here from Globexanter and the car we apparently gave them was one. It would take a conspiracy theorist with no knowledge of the islands to blame it on you people. Everyone here would laugh. Half the cars they drive here come from Globexanter."

At that same moment a couple of soldiers a road not too far from the base found a burning car wreck. The occupants were already gone.

One of the two men shot a quick glance as he saw the troops run towards the burning car.
He turned and nodded to his companion as he started running through the alleys back to the H.Q.

"This is Patrol 10 here to base. Over."
"Come in, Patrol 10."
"We found a burning car wreck here at Eindstraat.. next to the mill. We can't get too close but from the look of it has a Globexian car registration number. A black Volvo, sir. Occupants are nowhere to be seen. Over."
"Understood, Patrol 10. We are sending a fire brigade unit your way. Remain ready for any enemy attacks. Anyone that's gets too close gets arrested on the spot."
"Received and understood. Over and out."

In the alleys, the two G.66 men kept on running through the alleys, in one of them, they froze on sight seeing some teenagers at the opposite end.

" Have they seen us ? " whispered the taller one to the smaller, seeing that the youths were out after curfew and had looked in their direction.

The smaller man brought up his silenced pistol, taking an aim before moving his arm down.

Suddenly a couple of jeeps stopped just at the back of the alleyway and there was a shrill whistle. "Hold it right there !" A thick mainland accent. "This is 2nd Para. You are surrounded !"

"Don't shoot !" A loud voice came from the back of the alleyway "What the fuck are our boys doing here ?!"
A Para came into the alley, with two more protecting him. Their rifles ready to open fire.

The two men waited for the Para's to turn away, then immidatly started running through the alleys again.

" Too close. " said the slightly taller one.

The Para turned away. "Looks like that idiot General of ours has put them a nice patrol without telling us. We nearly blasted the hell out of 'em." One of the men stood up. He had an M60 with him that had been pointed at the alleyway.

At the base a couple of soldiers in a trench saw some men appearing. A couple of rifles and a heavy machinegun were aimed at them "Who goes there !" Was shouted.
