Yes, the treaty would be nice if it had some... reason to be. A Military defence treaty or perhaps a trade treaty?

This organization has no moral value standard due to the different governments of each nation, it's only purpose is to provide mutual defense and possibly financial and disaster support for it's members.

Angelus Country is on the verge of clapse, all ACTO members are to be on standby for invasion and be prepared to move to a new region. This is not set in stone, and AC may yet be salvaged.
