(OOC:) The Ludus Magus to accept foreign students!

can any1 sum up to me what happened ever since the shot went off...?

Alright; so what had happened:

- Gilga, Praxis, Cairbre and Jessica all went to Jessica’s room to chat about the issue of her being Jeremy one minute and than Jessica the next.
- Reidi was in his room, working on a heater to try and warm himself.
- Shane and Sofya were chatting in her room, enjoying their time when suddenly some unknown attackers shot Sofya in the chest. Shane retaliated, somewhat chasing them off, and Sofya healed naturally, though it left her weak. Shane picked her up and took her to the Infirmary.
- Reidi heard this, and seeing blood leading to the infirmary, he began to try and work on a shield and update his arm, for safety reasons. He than decided to go to the infirmary himself. There he found Sofya and Shane.
- Gilga left to see what had happened after hearing the sound, and also went into the Infirmary as well. Gabriel saw the blood in Sofya’s room and Reidi (as to remove his hand, some blood is spilled) and found himself there.
- Gabriel and Reidi were just about to operate and Sofya, as though healed they noticed the weapon used left shrapnel in her. But before they could, another part of Sofya stopped them, took out the metal, and went back to being herself.
- Shane took the now really tired but perfectly fine Sofya to her room, Reidi returned to his own to upgrade his hand, and that is it.

[Wolfenium]

NEW DEVELOPMENT: Three girls near the infirmary were spotted by Reidi (The Overlordy), one of whom was knocked out by Midori by accident. Midori herself is now at the infirmary scouring for Sofya.

Update on Events (I'll just update on where people are at the moment):

- Reidi, Shane, and Sofya are in Sofya's room.
- Cairbre, Jessica and Praxis are in Jessica's room
- Gilga, Gabriel and Midori are in the Infirmary
- Haranni and Yuniphas are in their room
- Vesaro, Salora and Salnor are in their room
- James and the King are off in the halls somewhere chatting
- Sjon is off to his room

Events:
- Sofya is alright again and is back at her room, but three girls from Wolfenium have arrived to try and kill her. Midori knocked one of them out by mistake and went to the infirmary, not realizing Sofya is back at her room. Reidi bumped into the three girls, figured out they were assassins, and they escaped when Shane came by and distracted Reidi. They went to Sofya's room, and now they are standing there chatting after one of the girls have escaped.

Praxis ain't the only one that got ignored, so don't worry too much about it. Gilja's gone completely ignored in Sofya's room by 1-3 Humans, a Vampire, and a cat. I know she's small, but she does glow :)

I was unfortunately ambiguous, referring to the 'weird spirit', of which there are two (that Gilja's acknowledged). I had hoped the fact that she started in the room of one (Jessica) would imply that she was heading to the other (Sofya), but I guess it was too subtle :)

I may not be the best RPer by far but I always strive to do my best....and I simply cant keep up with this RP and how much it has been hijacked, so I am going to drop out....

Oi, listen mate he is totally right, short posts have run this thread off the rails and into a lake, and a good number of them are yours. Starting the feast should have been left to the OP, IE myself.

It was a good idea for a RP, but too many people got involved in the thread (my fault) and personal problems slowed by ability to post. It is primarily, as such, my fault the thread ended this way, and I apologize if this OOC closing leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

It is, from what i can tell, going to move too quickly for me to keep up, and end even more bitterly if I let this go and try to keep the IC going. I am sorry I could not be more diligent keeping things working and in order, and again, I apologize.

Please refrain from posting and ignore this thread from here on out, sorry for letting this slide down hill and crash. I did walk away with an interesting roster of people i would like to RP with in future, but another sign up thread by myself is unlikely, as this whole experience has left me somewhat upset and dissatisfied with my own work. It was a good idea for a RP^[1], but too many people got involved in the thread (my fault) and personal problems slowed by ability to post. It is primarily, as such, my fault the thread ended this way^[2], and I apologize if this OOC closing leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

It is, from what i can tell, going to move too quickly for me to keep up, and end even more bitterly if I let this go and try to keep the IC going. I am sorry I could not be more diligent keeping things working and in order, and again, I apologize.

Please refrain from posting and ignore this thread from here on out, sorry for letting this slide down hill and crash. I did walk away with an interesting roster of people i would like to RP with in future, but another sign up thread by myself is unlikely, as this whole experience has left me somewhat upset and dissatisfied with my own work^[3]. ¹ I liked the premise, and I hope you don't mind if I write in Eireann Fae's backstory of how the Minister of Magick and her ward attended the Ludus Magus to expand their knowledge of magick ;-) (If it really is a problem, tell me. I doubt it'll come up often, and would just be there for flavour.)
² An unfortunate truth, as I was setting up to point out before reading this post. You went 22 days without posting in the IC thread (18 Nov to 10 Dec), then eight more after that before posting here. I wish you had the time to properly develop this RP, as, like I said before, I liked the idea, and where it could have gone.
³ This is exactly why I don't start threads, for the record :-) Ideas abound, but I couldn't bear it if things didn't follow through in a satisfactory manner. One of these days I may give it a shot, but it's not likely to happen for a while :p
⁴ If you find the time to dedicate to such a story, I'd be down to play again.

Also, for the 0-2 that care, using the new alphabet/phonology for the Faerie language, the recurring character's name from this story will be "Gilʒa" in the future. I hadn't changed it while the RP was active to avoid confusion.

To respond in order, No problem, i don't mind, Yes i understand, things got a little out of hand when schoolwork came crashing down on the back of my head like an iron golf club of the gods covered in spikes, along with other things, please tell me when it happens, and my schedule is fairly cleared now that tests have faded and vacation is here, however this seemed too far of track to repair, so i simply closed it.

Aww... this was a fun roleplay. Eh, I guess that's what happens when the world suddenly gets overwhelming. I've had that happen a few times, things get busy and soon it becomes harder to continue a roleplay. That or people start disappearing... which makes me very sad.

But for Grandtaria, Eirenn Fae, and Wolfenium, I MUST roleplay with you in the future. And hopefully then, all of us will have time to roleplay together.

That would be wonderful, it would be something i would love to set up. I have ideas, so talk to you later.
