International Liberty Forum

[Moosejawland]

The Republic of Moosejawland would like to extend an invitation to all socially liberal and fiscally conservative (read: Libertarian) countries to join in an international forum.

This is NOT an organization with rules and regulations, merely a place to discuss the following international issues in an attempt to improve the relations between our like-minded states.

Issues to be discussed:
1. The promotion of social and political freedoms.
2. International relations.
3. The promotion of international trade and the removal of tariffs.
4. Minimizing government control over and spending on national affairs.

Any other issues that member nations feel are important may be suggested and will be added to the list.

It is my desire to express the interest of the Commonwealth of Valipac in sending a delegate to this forum. I must warn you, however, that Valipac can hardly be classified as libertarian. We do, however, support economic and civil liberties wholeheartedly. This leaves us in an unclarified status towards whether or not we would be allowed to send a delegation to Moosejawland in order to attend this forum.

The International Liberty Forum is more concerned with increasing international trade and liberty than the particulars of a nation's laws. That being said, we are more than happy to extend the invitation to your nation to join this forum. To clarify, said agenda is not the sole agenda of Moosejawland. The purpose of the International Liberty Forum is two-fold: to discuss these issues and to promote them. If you wish to participate and offer your nation's suggestions, you are more than welcome to join. The forum will not seek to impose any laws, only attempt to improve relations between relatively like-minded governments.

Non-libertarian nations are not barred from participation, and every opinion is valued. The International Liberty Forum will be free from "nation-bashing" of any kind, and only constructive comments should be added to the discussions.

We understand your concerns. A plain spoken delegate is not against or sensibilities, as you say, and would be welcome. International cooperation and increased trade between all nations would be an ideal outcome. If you abide by the simple requirements of this forum, we would love your participation. by "like-minded" we only mean in international relations. Your day-to-day running of your country is always your own business and we will not interfere, only suggest that all countries should be as free as possible. We will never seek to impose any kind of restrictions against anyone else.
