Hey Doporates! Hope you guys enjoy

Why Do i bother asking why?
I can see it clearly
The crimes are deadly
I can see it from here
I can see it from here
I can see

If i wanted to, I could try to fix this town using my brain
But i know i have to do something wrong
The Voices are calling me
I can't stop the apocalypse yeah

The Castle is red
And the King is dead
We are in trouble
The Red Castle is empty and dead

The Castle is red
And the King is dead
We are in trouble
The Red Castle is empty and dead

Now the world is crumbling around me
I can't do anything to stop it
I can only sit and watch it
I can see it from here
I can see it from here
I can see it

If i wanted to, i could try fix it and help
But i know i have to do something wrong
The Voices are calling me
I can't stop the apocalypse yeah

The Castle is red
And the King is dead
We are in trouble
The Red Castle is empty and dead

The Castle is red
And the King is dead
We are in trouble
The Red Castle is empty and dead

I want to stop the bleeding
But im to scared to try and help
I want to try and help
But the apocalypse is happening yeah

The Castle is red
And the King is dead
We are in trouble
The Red Castle is empty and dead

The Castle is red
And the King is dead
We are in trouble
The Red Castle is empty and dead

The Castle is red
And the King is dead
We are in trouble
The Red Castle is empty and dead

The Castle is red
And the King is dead
We are in trouble
The Red Castle is empty and dead

42 - Ethane - "Wear My Crown" by Erika Kjellfrid
To the tune of I'm a Supernova - Neoni

The stage is dark. The audience cheers as the Ethanian postcard flashes across the screens, showing scenes of Ethane and Britonisea. Erika and her backing singer strolls out on to the stage. Erika is wearing a flowing red dress with floral patterns on the lower-half snaking their way up the sides of the dress before terminating on the sleeves. Her backing singer is dressed in less elegant attire, visibly appearing to be in a position of servanthood to Erika. She wears a formal white dress which is more boutique than bridal.

The song starts instrumentally, which gives the audience a brief chance to take in the stage set before Erika starts singing. A platform stands centre-stage, ordained with a throne that appears golden. Placed on that throne is a crown, coated in glittering red rubies and crystals which sparkle under the stage lighting. Erika and her backing singer are not to be seen, awaiting for the lyrics to start to make an appearance.

The camera initially starts with a wide view of the stage, capturing the wider audience and their positive reaction and flag-waving to the announcement of the Ethanian entry. It has been a fair number of editions since Ethane performed in the WorldVision Song Contest, and some worldfans online have been anticipating their return this edition.

There is a warm glow to the early stage lighting, with yellow and orange hues blended into generic white lighting mostly bordering the stage outline. A set of bright white spotlights flash rhythmically, pointing down towards the adorned crown. The camera slowly zooms in on the set, focusing on the crown. It captures the mystique the staging is intent on producing, with a light mist around the base of the throne. The camera backs away and picks up on Erika’s upper body and face as she walks out from behind the throne during her opening lyrics, before switching to capture the flow of her elegant dress which trails behind her.

The camera also switches during the verse to capture the backing singer, who follows Erika’s actions in chorus on the opposite side of the throne and platform. They both stroll out with attitude, dramatically swaying their hips with each stride. Their makeup is also accentuated, with thick dark hardened lines scribbled under their eyes and a darkish toner used on their cheeks. Erika wears a dark red lipstick, while her backing singer wears a lipstick with a darker purple tone.
They initially walk towards one another once passed the throne, but then split and walk towards the edge of the stage. They are both followed by bright spotlights which illuminate their faces well, while the yellow and orange hue is slowly added to with the odd red light. As Erika closes in on the edge of the stage, she turns back on herself and spins, singing into the camera. She tries to exude a look of authority as she stares down the camera at the audience.

A secret that was meant to be,
A long-term opportunity,
A chance for the world to see,
I won't hesitate now.

Want the world for myself,
I'm dominatin(g) my realm,
Keeping a cell for the dreamer,
While I'm taking my vow.

As Erika starts singing the prechorus, she turns back away from the audience towards the throne in the centre of the stage, and her backing singer copies this action. The general stage lighting, which had illuminated the whole stage fairly well during the verse, cuts out at set points. The left side of the stage loses lighting at the start of the first line (on the word ‘take), the right third loses lighting at the start of the second line (on the word 'of’), and the middle third loses lighting at the start of the third line (on the word ‘you’re’). This leaves the stage lit primarily by three main spotlights. One of those spotlights is on Erika in the right side of the stage, one of those illuminates her backing singer in the same spot on the left side of the stage, and the final spotlight illuminates only the throne and crown in the middle of the stage.

There remains some audience lighting around the arena, but this has changed to a reddish hue, gradually fading from its yellow and orange colour scheme. The lighting was chosen to capture the transition from the idea or dream of power being a wondrous thing compared to the reality of then taking power, and the bloodshed that has come with that historically through violence and warfare.

During this pre-chorus section, Erika and her backing singer move back towards each other in the centre of the stage, picking up some pace as they move to reach each other for the chorus. The camera follows their movement, switching between Erika for the first line, her backing singer for the second line, and then a front-on view during the third line. As Erika sings ‘crown, crown, crown’, the camera flicks to a different view centred on the crown with rapid zoom-in to illustrate the focus on it. During the singing of crown x3, the spotlights on each component of the staging also switches off one-by-one, leaving the stage shrouded in darkness.

Take a bath in the flood,
of my enemies blood,
You're gonna see me wear my crown crown crown.

Erika and her backing singer reach each other just before the start of the chorus. They both turn to face the audience but are barely visibly, as the stage is dark. The camera focuses on the audience, capturing their anticipation. As soon as Erika sings that first line “it’s time to take over”, with the main beat there the lighting immediately switches back on and tries to illuminate the stage in a far more regal, but darker tone using reds, yellows, and purples. The LED boards around the arena vaguely illustrate the image of a crown using the colours of gold and red.

Erika was accompanied by an awe-inspiring dancer in her backing singer, and they both executed a dynamic and energetic choreography that evoked something almost tribal. All their movements added intense energy to the performance as they swung their arms and stomped their feet. As the main beat hits, Erika brushes her hand across the camera lens and directs it towards the backing singer who is doing more freestyle dancing.

It's time to take over
OH OH OH
It's time to take over
OH OH OH
Quite the mistake
Breathless in-take
All for show
It's time to take over
OH OH OH

The lighting remains at its elevated level, but spotlights follow Erika and her backing singer as the walk forward slowly towards the front of the stage, singing the verse. The LED screen at the back is fading in and out at different moments to create a patterned effect. Erika is freestyling with her hand while singing. The camera switches between wide lens and sometimes zooms in on Erika, as well as including views from the rear as they walk forward, capturing the flowing dress that Erika is wearing. Smattered in there are a couple of shots of the illuminated crown.

I'm ending their endless succession,
Stopping their painful repression,
Send their heads on a procession,
"Subjects will bow down or die".

There's no indecision,
It requires precision,
I'm a regal imposter,
But they heed my hue and cry.

The lighting is exactly the same as the previous pre-chorus, with the stage ending shrouded in darkness. More smoke is released on to the stage to create that mysterious thematic atmosphere while keeping Erika and the backing singer visible, who are moving back towards the circular platform in the middle of the stage where the throne is set. The camera follows, but towards the end of the pre-chorus moves away from them as they mount the platform and get into position.

Take a bath in the flood,
of my enemies blood,
You're gonna see me wear my crown crown crown.

To start the chorus, Erika is standing on the platform, with her backing singer standing off the platform on the ground by her legs. The platform is rotating, with Erika singing towards the camera as it rotates anti-clockwise with her. The backing singer is also walking round, as if following her. As the main beat comes back, as well as all the lights returning like in the previous chorus, a wave of bright gold/yellow lights flashes across the LED screen in the rear of the stage from Erika’s location to the edge. The same happens on the floor, with a wave of gold light flashing out from the platform to the edges of the stage like a ripple. This happens with every main beat (time to take over) moment. After one full slow spin, Erika returns to face the audience. Her backing singer steps on to the platform and picks up the crown from the throne. Erika sits on the throne and her backing singer then places the crown on her head, before kneeling by her feet. The camera captures this moment without moving away.

It's time to take over
OH OH OH
It's time to take over
OH OH OH
Quite the mistake
Breathless in-take
All for show
It's time to take over
OH OH OH

The lighting strips back for the bridge. Some of the lights are dimmed or turned off. A few lights appear around the base of the platform in the centre, and more appear as the platform rises. Her backing singer is on the front of the platform. She is kneeling in front of Erika, and only singing but not moving. 4 other people walk out on to the stage and play trumpets as if they are heralding the arrival of the new monarch, finally standing around the base of the platform in four corners and facing outwards towards the audience. The camera catches glimpses of them.

The LED screens at the rear of the stage slide forward and around the throne to create a trapezium shape, leaving off the longer side which the front of the stage acts as. These slowly further illuminate the throne and crown on Erika’s head. When the song ramps up a bit, backing singer returns to singing, and the lighting gets louder. When Erika sings the long note, the lighting fades out before everything cuts out as the song goes silent.

Trumpets sound.
On the gold throne I'm crowned.
I stand before all my avowed.
Adorned in my gowns,
Standing up proud,
Crowds are bowed

Trumpets sound.
On the gold throne I'm crowned.
I stand before all my avowed.
Adorned in my gowns,
Standing up proud,
Crowds are bowed

Trumpets sound.
Ohhhhh.

The lighting returns again, but it is in black and white only. The platform has reached maximum height, and Erika is facing towards the audience. Erika is standing on the throne and her dress is stretching down the platform. There are white lights around the platform, creating an effect like a lighthouse. Her backing singer remains knelt.

It's time to take over
OH OH OH
It's time to take over
OH OH OH

The lighting comes back in full force, with a range of rainbow colours to illuminate the stage. The ripple effect returns at the main beats again. The trumpeters and backing singer are now dancing charismatically, and the camera sometimes switches to show their dance break away from the focus on Erika singing with passion. Erika is belting full force but standing with authority on her throne. The camera captures her intensity. The dancers on stage exuded an incredible energy and intensity in their performance. Their movements were so fluid and precise.

Quite the mistake
Breathless in-take
All for show
It's time to take over

It's time to take over
OH OH OH
It's time to take over
OH OH OH
It's time to take over
OH OH OH
OH OH OH

“Thank you”, Erika shouts from the top of her platform, looking out across the audience and beaming with delight. The platform is wheeled off the stage as the next postcard begins.
Esportivan and Proud.
<drawk> If the entirety of the nation of Ethane was covered in a single cubic foot of Ethane on its surface, lighting it all on fire would cause a 5.44 megaton blast.

Tune: La Zarra - "Évidemment"

Barbo Calniño modeling for ÉLÉGAMMENT

Tödlichebujoku's flagship ÉLÉGAMMENT store, located in Estegoa, Lagoa, has made waves with its latest advertising campaign. Thanks to negotiations between the Lagoan broadcaster MTL and the Lagoan ÉLÉGAMMENT branch, Lagoa is re-entering the WorldVision Song Contest with the promotional song "ÉLÉGAMMENT" by the singer La Zanha, coincidentally performed in ÉLÉGAMMENT's home country of Britonisea, but sadly too late for NSFW festivities (NS Fashion Week, that is). But yet, what a wonderful time!

La Zanha is not a very well-known singer. But she has style. She has grace. She has a hell of a voice.

For the filming of the postcard, she was blessed with the opportunity to visit ÉLÉGAMMENT HQ in Junteräpten. From the moment she stepped foot in the building, she turned every single head in the vicinity, just like she did with at MTL headquarters back in Estegoa some months ago. But this time, it was even greater. A medical emergency ensued as multiple ambulances rushed to the scene to deal with the sprained, injured, and snapped necks. Slayful! On the way back, she passed by the local BITC office and the building burst into a fiery inferno, which made for excellent lighting for an impromptu photoshoot.

She, of course, is not a monster, and sent selfies to the victims adoring fans as compensation.

She storms the Titian carpet at the very last second with a retinue of stunningly attired models. It is a shocking sight. And she brings it to the stage.

No one is ready.

But La Zanha is. Replete in splendid glory. Her voluminous dress scintillating like a billion fractured moonbeams. She steps upon the stage and ascends her elegant, shimmering throne, ready to set the world on fire!
You walk, you stride, you strut, you stroll
Down avenues and streets
To serve, to slay, it is your goal
That's what we need to know

Dance in the colors of sweet spring
Wear them proud, the joy they bring
To lust, to love, it's all the same
And we shall all enjoy this game

She casts a hand out, with a bejeweled talon pointing to the first model to walk the stage like a fashion runway. Many more follow. This is fashion, darrrrling.
ÉLÉGAMMENT
To bring style to all the world
It's quite a quest
ÉLÉGAMMENT
The beauties grace the streets
We do our best

So it's true, we shall never lie
Through thick and thin, both you and I
ÉLÉGAMMENT
All body shapes we love the same
Eat your fill and you'll look great

The camera shot takes in various models in a number of different body shapes, sizes, colors, gender expressions, heights, natural endowments... so diverse! As one would expect from a Britonish brand, the capital of the world's diversity. And it goes without saying... each and every one is dressed to the nines.
It's so insane, but we are here
Against those speaking sin
I love the lights, I love the sound
Of all here now gathered round

Bring the women and bring the men
And all of you who buck the trend
Set the tone and dare to be your own
Dress to express that taste you hone

ÉLÉGAMMENT
To bring style to all the world
It's quite a quest
ÉLÉGAMMENT
The beauties grace the streets
We do our best

The stage grows dark, but the scene erupts with scores of shimmering stars, a dramatic moment as she opens her arms wide, a queen! of kings! and more queens! and royalty!
And if you wonder
How beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Just join the revolution
To break the paradigms asunder
To impress upon the world your great vision for another!

She is radiant. Glowing. All lights arise from her and her alone. The models surround her, arms upraised, in praise. And finally, the moment ends. The show must go on. The models continue their walk off the stage, and are replaced by more strutting their stuff.
So it's true, we shall never lie
Through thick and thin, both you and I
ÉLÉGAMMENT
No matter what we love the same
Live your life and you'll look great
ÉLÉGAMMENT!

Wow! What a performance! The audience is bowled over. Amazed. Inspired. What could top this incredible experience?

We'll find out after the ÉLÉGAMMENT advertisement.

Yes, another one.
