First reply to everybody who has made their first IC posts so far, (except Sunset, need a bit more to work off of) is up it was a doozy to write but it was plenty fun! I'll probably have to break these up as things go but for now, happy posting everyone.

Or whatever scifi-implement we can find to its opposite. ; )
Though, be aware, as a shipgirl, Aka has access to her 'abilities' as a shipgirl - tractor beam projectors, pulse phasors, sensors, shields, workbees, Titanium-B Composite Armour, the whole nine yards. Might require an adjustment to the arena rules if she ever enters into it.
Or banning them, if I ever get to apping a few of her fellow Teienaian (War)Shipgirls. ; )

To be fair, I do allow magic to be used in the arena on top of brawn so if she can write if off as magical powers and not be OP'd I see no problems if she desires to try her hand at some fights. Otherwise she'll continue to soak in the culture of the Imperial Capital.

Yeah, sorry about that. I'll have my characters actually come down to a more relevant location in another post, though I'll wait for some other posts from other people beforehand so I don't clog things up.

No real special reason, beyond maybe magic of the land prevents the needed reaction for firearms to work. Just the desire to play a fantasy nation and divorce some elements of the typical MT worlds seen here.

Right now, the former but high-tech sci-fi weaponry isn't completely out of the question given it's beyond our current era. Just important to remember, I'm supposed to be sword and sorcery based even in the scope of this RP I'd very much like to keep it that way and not bed to far if I don't have to.
