SS Uta
Uta smiled and bowed her head "Pleased to meet you, Maighdean. A nice name you have." Names always interesting to her, some were just culturally instilled like her own, others came from something more unusual but either way it was always fun to learn. "And I'm Uta, it's good to meet you! So you're the big sister! I have a big sister here too thoguh she's probably out scouting for guys or gals to talk with. I'm sure she'll meet you later."
SS Arashi
"Very well." Arashi sighed a bit dejected but oh well. Very opposite of her name, she didn't really raise a fuss over being told off (if you can really call it that) like that, again Island Steamers seldom really got much mind from ships outside their humble lands. Probably because they were echos of the past in an era of high tech. She lit up her pipe again inhaling and exhaling. Well her girls off doing their own thing, guess it was some alone time, walking about to see a bit more of the beach and other ships around to see who might fancy a conversation or just find her way for a drink. Humming a little to herself, islanders may not sing while on the mighty seas but the ships sure did, or did you think those moans and groans were all just noises? ha! For Arashi, again her name meaning storm, more to due with how well she could handle stormy seas as opposed to being hot tempered.
SS Otome
Some wandering around, Otome found herself where she was told she might see some fine young men, though she was also partial to girls just as much, how can she pass up a beefcake gent of the sea? "Come on, Otome, no need to be shy like Uta, just go for it! Gooood mooorning!" was it morning or was it afternoon? Who knew but for now she'd run with that "I'm a visitor fresh from the UIS here to meet and mingle with some locals!" A bit strong perhaps but Otome was always one to make a splashy entrance. It only seemed Arashi and Uta remained the calmer ones of the family.
