Btw, that goes for everyone, replenishment of fuel and other commodities is for free, but she can't and won't hand out ammunition except to SDF-Navy vessels. I'm gonna post. Selks, I'mma have NSCS Atlas thaumaturgically/paratechnologically/telepathically respond to Rhiannon referring the four ships as "quartet of failures and scrap metals" before ordering both Koikaze and Constantine to pull out once NCS Atlas and SFS Alexander recovered; chances are NSCS Atlas might send a few warships to help escort the four out. Yep, NSCS Atlas doesn't tolerate any form of insult or mockery.

As for why he'd respond to Rhiannon like that, I'll explain.

Novayan Stellar Commonwealth, Saiyanese Stellar Federation and New Roman Empire starships, who were part of the Triumvirate, were known for their being very serious with their duties and jobs and will not take any jokes lightly. They are indeed formal, professional and dead-serious. NSCS Atlas is one such example, as he expects each and every ships to be on their best behavior. He condemns a few examples of which he considers unacceptable behaviors:
I. Calling anyone something he considers insulting (i.e. Rhiannon calling the four warships a "quartet of failures and scrap metals"), because it basically sounds very demeaning and also dehumanizing;
II. Cracking jokes or making fun of anyone on whatever issues they have experienced;
III. Flaunting off their or anyone else's statuses (or stati) just to put people in their place, which he (NSCS Atlas) considers very unbecoming of how people would do;
IV. Demonstrating or showing a form of dismissive disdain (like Karkadann did towards NCS Atlas and HIFMS Koikaze) and even refusing to show genuine respect, which he (NSCS Atlas) will not tolerate;
V. Making insults or showing hostility or dismissive disdain towards a person (or group(s) of persons) based on their race, gender, sexuality, religion, status, et cetera.;
VI. Giving a person or a group(s) of persons a toxic, hostile and unsafe environment; and
VII. Teasing, which is very much a form of bullying back in NSCS Atlas' home dimension.¹

Yeah, NSCS Atlas' got the no-nonsense personality trait, and while respectful he doesn't tolerate any forms of bad behaviors.

That begs the questions... which embassies? And which relations? There are no Novayan Embassies in the Free Lands, in Kyrenaia, Teressien, in any of my nations. There never were. Same for intergovernmental relations.

I added Novayan embassies and consulates within your nations just in case I had forgotten I made an app in your Embassy thread, IF I did made my app in your Embassy thread.

The only nation I know is Seleucid Pergamon, who happens to be my friend, so he and I were good. As for the rest, I have not signed up any apps on their embassy and consulate threads.
