After the song was leaked by eagle-eyed fans a few days ago, "Children of the Millennium" by Katt Albans has finally released to the public; as well as being revealed as the official Hlhataneseian entry for the 102nd WorldVision Song Contest! Originally teased by various advertisements scattered around The Hlhata States featuring a silhouette of Katt Albans, the new single is released alongside a promotional campaign including advertisements all around The Hlhata States!



The song is an inspirational ballad of hope that sings of the future, hoping to inspire generations to come.

Since it's release on the 3rd October 2022, the song debuted at #142 on The Hlhata States iTunes, and debuted with 2,146 Spotify streams. The song has also received critical acclaim from critics, Hlhata Stateseians and international WorldVision fans.

Their best entry yet! Glad they decided to cater to the west!

If you look back through old threads I was thinking of doing so in 77 too but never got around to it. It's a lot of work to commit to so I can't really make any promises about that, but hopefully I can do one.

Maybe a YouTube Livestream of the Listen-along like Event? However, there are risks like Copyright Strikes etc.

Katt Albans is no longer singing "Children of the Millenium" for The Hlhata States at WorldVision Song Contest 102?!

WorldVision hopeful Katt Albans is now due in court after it was recently revealed she had potentially committed tax evasion and fraud, using multiple undeclared offshore accounts and understating income to escape tax. The police have declared that she had failed to pay over USD$6 million in tax since 2010. With prosecutors seeking up to 2 years prison sentence, the crime was investigated following Katt Albans' flight to Thatcher City, where she was forced to return only a few days after the news was initially revealed. The Hlhataneseian radio host denies the allegations, stating that her finger must have slipped or something. The trial is due to start mere days before the night of the WorldVision Song Contest, jeopardising her opportunity to represent The Hlhata States in the upcoming WorldVision Song Contest.

Following the scandal, the HSBC has said in an official statement that Katt Albans has withdrawn from representing The Hlhata States at the 102nd WorldVision Song Contest, though they still intend to participate in the event.
