And here we go:

Name:
Title(s):
With full title, she is: Marihime Ingansu (Princess Mari of the Ingansu-Family).
Nationality:
    Okunaratsuran.
House/Family:
    Ingansu-Family.
Family Crest:
    N/A.
Place of Birth:
    Tetshiro, near Misho.

Age:
567 years (by the standards of her people, she is a young whippersnapper).
Religion:
    Bikuruto.
Languages Spoken:
    Okunaratsuran.
    English.
    Kyrenaian.
    Auwaltian.
    Lutetiian.
    Dousatellian.
A bit of Frozen Forestrian (still struggles sometimes, has an accent).
Travel of Note:
From 1650 to 1780, she made a bit of a world tour.
Personality:
Mari is a graceful and poised woman, honest in word and deed, even to her detriment from time to time. While she can be gentle, especially with children, she is not gentle in general. While she has a charitable side, she also has a mean streak, especially when it comes to her pitch-black humour.
Likes:
    - riding
    - gardening
    - music (listening, not playing).
Dislikes:
    - war and fighting.
    - people lacking humour
    - flying aboard planes
Fears:
    - war and fighting
    - clowns
Allergies:
    N/A.
Bio:

What will you be bringing with you:
Aside from the usual travelling supplies, Mari will have her close friend, confidant and bodyguard Hisa Kariken with her. Hisa carries a sword openly.
What gift will you be presenting to the King:
A book on how to deal with the threat of coups, by Mari Kairui (Okunarutsuru's Head of State), English 1st Edition, with autograph and a short, personal message.
Lodging:
    There's an inn, there's an inn, there's a merry old inn~~~! ; )
Miscellaneous Information:
Mari is a Migakemujara (see the fox ears) and is, at this point, basically present for the nibbles.

Name:
Title(s):
    Miss.
Nationality:
    Selkie.
House/Family:
    Lománocht-Family.
Family Crest:
    N/A.
Place of Birth:
    Dacht House, near Tipa.

Age:
    18 Springs.
Religion:
    Selkie-Pagan.
Languages Spoken:
Selkie, English, German (Standard and Teressian), a few words in Kyrenaian and Brucallan.
Travel of Note:
Trip to Brucalla with her father during the Winter of 2021-2022.
Personality:
Quinn is a straightforward and honest lass, quite a studious student and friendly to those, who are friendly to her.
On the tournament field, she is a fierce competitor, for what skills she has (and she is seen as up there with the best), she lacks the talent to really break through. Her fighting style is more akin to a dancer.
Likes:
Horses, the Great Outdoor, small and cute animals.
Dislikes:
Slimy and gross animals, being cooped up.
Fears:
    A cage.
Allergies:
    N/A.
Bio:

What will you be bringing with you:
Aside from the normal travelling and winter supplies, Quinn plans on bringing her sword with her, she can't neglect her training, and several study materials.
What gift will you be presenting to the King:
A guide book on riding tours and hiking tours in the Free Lands.
Lodging:
    Inn.
Miscellaneous Information:
Quinn is technically not Royalty. Her family claims to be descended from Royalty, yes, but that has about as much meaning as a drop of water has in the oceans in the Free Lands. What her family is, is the largest land-owner and major stakeholders in the largest food and agriculture company of the Free Lands, the Lománocht Food Company.

Two things:
1. Fila or Filia? Because fila is the thread, filia the daughter.
2. Which brings me to question two, namely that filia is the daughter, not the girl.
Unless, of course, there was a vocal shift eliminating the i in filia and changing the meaning to girl. ; )

Center-right largely-absolute monarchy populated by the majority-pagan descendants of a mix of Vikings, Iron Age German rednecks and the odd shipwreck survivor coming into its own on the world stage during the final stages of a 32-year watershed moment under the watchful eye of an emperor who was never supposed to be one. Strict MT, current year though lore posts are generally asynchronous. Brettain is a catchall demonym, flag waifu by Polish Prussian Commonwealth, NS stats not canon.

Note: I know this character is tied up a lot with Ivan, but I discussed this beforehand with OP in Discord.

Name: Elizaveta von Sassnitz
Title(s): Previously she would be in line to inherit the title of Countess of Sassnitz, but strictly speaking none as nearly all of Prussia-Poland's "old nobility" were stripped of their titles by Krazus von Hohenzollern-Jagiellon in order to make way for his 'new nobility' of soldiers.
Nationality: Strictly speaking, Prussian-Polish; however, as the Commonwealth has dispossessed all of the 'old nobility', including the von Sassnitzes, she technically is stateless, and her family is housed by the Frozen Forest as political refugees.
House/Family: The House von Sassnitz.

Family Crest: Strictly speaking, N/A - noble title de-facto revoked in 1945 with the fall of their ancestral lands to Soviet and Prussian-Polish Communist troops, de-jure revoked by the Decree regarding the Traitor-Nobility, issued by Krazus von Hohenzollern-Jagiellon, Lord-Protector of the Commonwealth, King of the Free Sister-Kingdoms of Prussia and Poland and Marshal of their Armies in the Year of Our Lord 1992 and approved by both Houses of the Sejm in the same by near-unanimous vote in the Senate and by a supermajority in the House of Deputies.

Place of Birth: Truvaria

Age: 1992
Religion: Roman Catholic
Languages Spoken: A few scraps of Polish and German, taught to her by her family in preparation for their surely-inevitable return to Prussia-Poland. Frozen-Forestrian and English.
Travel of Note: His Majesty should be aware that the Lady von Sassnitz spent time(unauthorized by her parents) in the colonies, working with various local charities and religious organizations to provide medical aid to the indigenous population, around the same time as his deployment to those same colonies.
Personality:

Elizaveta was naturally gregarious and imaginative, or, at least; that was how she was when Ivan first met her, and how she was when they parted ways. Elizaveta had a natural intelligence and cunning that was mostly put to use giving the slip to her handlers and inventing stories for her and Ivan to play-act out. Her experiences in the colonies, however, have changed her greatly, and Ivan may find her much moodier and melancholic than when he left her.

She still carries the weight of what she saw in the colonies. It may not be best to broach the subject directly with her.

Likes: Stories; not merely the written-word, but folk-tales passed from tongue to tongue. Classical cryptography, the click-clacks of typewriters, the smell of old books, cups of tea at Oh-Five-Hundred and Seventeen-Hundred hours. The smiles of children and the relief of a father -- or mother -- told that his or her child will live.
Dislikes: The Frozen-Forestrian military. Her own family. The sight of a white-phosphorus burn. Arms and armor and all the associated implements with which man rapes, kills, and exploits his fellow man. The last gasping cry of a child on death’s doorstep. Funerals, graves, endings.
Fears: Loud cracks and booms terrify the Lady. With a great deal of self-control she can avoid complete breakdowns, but it will still not be a pleasant experience for her or anyone observing.
Allergies: N/A
Bio:

Elizaveta von Sassnitz is the eldest daughter and oldest child of three of the Baron Hermann von Sassnitz, the patriarch of the House von Sassnitz, which first arrived in the Frozen Forest when they found themselves being forced to flee their ancestral home as Allied troops and Armia Krajowa/Heimatarmee units alike hunted members of Prussia-Poland’s “old” nobility in retaliation for their collaboration with the Germans. Since then, the house has taken refuge as official ‘guests’ of the King, and lives either in one of many small manors around the country, or in the guest section of the Palace proper.

Though far removed by time and distance, the Baron Hermann has not forgotten his forefather’s exile, nor has he forgiven the more recent de-jure stripping of his rank by Krazus, the self-proclaimed ‘Soldier-King’ who has staked his illegitimate regime on sullying the memory of Prussia-Poland’s most ancient and honorable noble houses.

Not all hope, however, is lost – word has it that the new Prime Minister is one sympathetic to the plight of the old nobility, and he is, for what it is worth, hostile to the King. Prussia-Poland’s old houses could manipulate the divide to their advantage – if they had the backing of a powerful nation…

…such as The Frozen Forest.

Thus, Elizaveta, from an early age, was encouraged to play with Ivan, and to seek out his friendship. Furthermore, her father attempted to cultivate a deep appreciation of her rightful role in society and her birthright.

The former was a success. The latter, less so.

She and Ivan were close friends as children, and nigh-inseparable – partially because they were rarely allowed to see any other children in the rare moments when they were not being educated and groomed for their future role in society. In the rare moments when they had free time or when they could give their attendant army of servants, nursemaids, and tutors the slip, the two roamed the Palace Gardens together. The two were rebellious, as all children were wont to be, but Elizaveta was an especially mischievous child. She delighted in cutting her lessons – in particular her history lessons, with their stuffy names and dates and – as she later realized – blatant attempts to groom her into bringing about her father’s little venture with regards to her ancestral homeland. Instead, she pried Ivan out of his own studies, and together they sought out the gardens.

Often, within those gardens, one of her father’s maids -- a young, blonde lady -- was on duty – trimming hedges, planting flowers, and watering seeds. In time, she became her mother-figure, filled with sound common-sense advice, and more importantly, stories. Prussian-Polish stories, mostly; of the Five Knights of Carpathia and Perun’s overthrow, of the Cobbler of Krakow, of the lovely Queen Jadwiga and the brave Duke Jogaila. The two would listen with rapt attention, from morning to evening when they could, and would always scamper away just in time before one of their handlers came around.

As they grew older, Elizaveta began to tell stories of her own – ones that she heard not from the garden-maid, or read from the many books in the Palace library. She began to mix the two, and every now and then, when she could pry Ivan out of his studies, she always convinced him to bring a foil or two, with which they would then act out the stories she told.

All good things, however, come inevitably to an end. Ivan was shipped off to the Royal Academy. When he returned from school, the two met when they could for a time. However, with her twelfth birthday, her father had decided to send Elizaveta off to a finishing-school.

Finishing-school proved to be poison. Furniture history, French, dancing, table-setting, the rote tasks and endless message of conformity nearly stamped out the spark in her mind. Through her four hellish years she kept her sanity solely by keeping a journal – not a diary, but a small, ever-growing collection of stories, one which she hoped she would one day show Ivan and the garden-maid, if they ever met again.

In 2009, some time after Ivan’s recruitment into the military, Elizaveta, with her graduation, gave her handlers the slip and headed for the colonies as well, with a group of doctors, nurses, and volunteers who intended to ease the suffering in the colonies by establishing small field clinics on the island of Zemgadalum.

Her dreams of travel and meaningful work turned quickly into a nightmare. As the situation deteriorated, more and more cases began to show up at their clinic, rapidly filling it to capacity and beyond. Fleeing civilians – including women and children – and the occasional rebel turned up at their clinic, often sporting horrific injuries caused by the indiscriminate weaponry and tactics utilized by the Frozen Forestrian security forces.

For three years, like Ivan, Elizaveta and her coworkers fought a constant battle – against harassment from security forces and rebels alike, and against the nigh-constant shortage of beds, medicine, food, and water. The experience took a toll on the entire group, but Elizaveta took it the worst; her writing slowed, and stopped entirely for long stretches of time, and those few stories she wrote during the time were disjointed, profoundly negative and nihilistic, or both.

Eventually, as the situation worsened, the clinics were withdrawn in 2012, and it was estimated that their departure caused a vast increase in deaths among the civilian population – especially to disease and malnutrition.

Elizaveta, for her part, returned to the now-paranoid ‘care’ of her father, and spent the next few years being watched closely. Her writing during this time remained much the same as it had been during her time in the colonies, and her trauma from her experiences in the colonies was largely ignored and untreated by her handlers and her father. Occasionally she was trotted out at some ball or function in an attempt to curry a suitor, but to no avail.

Her audience with King Ivan is, according to her father, her last chance – as she is rapidly approaching the age at which she becomes unmarriageable, if she does not manage to win the King’s favor, her father will simply marry her off to whoever he sees fit. Elizaveta, of course, played along, but her presence at this event has a deeper purpose – she intends to convince Ivan to stop the war in the colonies – if need be, by winning his heart and changing his mind over a longer period of time.

Whether or not her heart pines for the man who was once her playmate and trusted friend is still not known, even to her.

What will you be bringing with you: A worn-down, aged notebook with her stories. A carrying-case, with her clothes. Some morsels of food. A pocket-watch, finely gilded. Elizaveta is not a wealthy girl, nor does she come from a particularly wealthy house, despite its proximity to the King.

What gift will you be presenting to the King: A blank notebook, hand-bound and made with loving care. A set of fountain-pens to go along with them. Her notebook of stories, from the minute she stepped aboard the train to finishing-school to the second she stepped off the ski-lift.
Lodging: Village. The family will be remunerated with stories and her pocket-watch.

Miscellaneous Information:
N/A, so far.

Name: Amalsuintha Siculo
Title(s): Princess of the Goths
Nationality: Gothian Crimea
House/Family: House Siculo
Family Crest: Image
Place of Birth: Acre island
(My nations Facties are under serious renovation)

Age: 21
Religion: Gothic Christianity
Languages Spoken: Goth, some English, a basic grip of Latin,
Travel of Note: Kodai Nihon, the Mojavelands, a trip to the frigid south pole continent of Andronicia(she hated it, but so does everyone because even a nice day never sees water melt)
Personality: A bit arrogant, even entitled, mostly due to having her word be one of the most powerful in the Gothian Crimea without having to work for it. Despite being in fairly good shape prefers to not fight her own battles, instead having underlings do so for her, though she still is prepared and capable of dealing with average threats as needed.
Likes:
Monarchy etc.
Natalism
Religion
Dislikes:
Communism
Capitalism
Mafias etc
Fears:
Losing the throne
freezing
Allergies: N/A
Bio:
Born on Acre island, she is the sole child of Theodoric Siculo, and thus the heir to the Gothic throne, a position which controls all of the Gothian Crimea. Her line isn't a long one however, as it was her father's role in driving out the foreign mafias and companies which allowed him to establish a monarchy and the system of Gothic Feudalism, which has caused her to be very wary of having her spot snatched, since her father's role in the revolution is much of what gives him power to rule. She has thus used the mean available to her to try and pre-emptively gain loyalty with many of the military commanders, often by offering favors, in the hope that at the very least the army will stand by her.

Amalasuintha spent some her life trailing her father as he went through the Gothian Crimea, though most often she was left behind on Acre, where she would remain safe, and spoiled by her nurses and maids, which she greatly prefers to globe trotting. Her early life however was spent in some turmoil, as she was born BEFORE the outsiders were driven from the Gothian Crimea, and the lands united under one banner, her father's banner, that of House Siculo, though it was more of a military organization pre-war, they did have claims to old royalty. She still bears some of the (mental) scars seen in most Goths left by the mafias and companies, namely a general distrust of anything foreign, especially mobs and commercial entities. However they aren't as deep as some others.

What will you be bringing with you: A plushie version of a RAY.
What gift will you be presenting to the King: A silver mechanical unicorn(about the size of a small dog), and a fine indigo cloth to dress it with.
For if wed a long silver and gold-trimmed ceremonial dagger with violet soft points.
Lodging: Inn

So! I'll be making a rule adjustment. Rather than "No weapons" it will instead be "No firearms" that is to mean no guns, explosives, flamethrowers etc, but swords spears and the like are still allowed. Anyone who would like to adjust their equipment to compensate for the change may do so.

Happily accepted! I'm incredibly curious as to what Quinn's thoughts are in relation to this whole event.

Thank you. If you don't mind, I'll add a couple of daggers to both Quinny and Mari.
I play PT, MT and a bit FT. I am into character-RPs.
My people are called the Selkie, the nation is usually called the Free Lands in MT-settings. Thanks.

IC name is "Blauveldt-Ryszana".

A traumatized, but recovering, MT-Early PMT/FanT constitutional monarchy consisting of a personal and constitutional union of two Realms. Features: near-universal gun ownership, governmental dysfunction, terrified Christinaslander Air National Guard personnel counting down the days until they rotate back home, and an eternal standoff with the last of it's former oppressors.

The Chieftess is back. :)

Image

Name: Sartana Ninakatari

Title(s):
  • Chieftess of the Ninakatari Tribe
  • Chieftess of Musogtakanakuy (2020, 2021)

Nationality: Sconersean

House/Family: Ninakatari Tribe

Family Crest:

Image

Place of Birth: Ollanta, Scornerse

Age: 24

Religion: Roman Catholic

Languages Spoken:

  • Spanish (native)
  • Aymara (native)
  • English (fluent [British Accent])
  • Portuguese (fluent)
  • German (conversational)
  • Swedish (conversational)
  • French (conversational)

Travel of Note:

  • The Americas
  • Western, Central and Europe
  • Western and Southern Africa
  • The Far East
  • The Frozen Forest

Personality:

  • Elegant Act: Sartana is exceedingly comfortable with playing the act of a proper lady and in fact enjoys doing so. She see's it as a signal of her depth and maturity, given the presence of her other more 'masculine' interests.
  • Complex Utilitarianist: A strong believer that the rightness and wrongness of an action is dependent on it's results. However, she has the nuance to recognize that the means might not always be justified by the end, if the means is liable to corrupt future ends.
  • Sympathy without Empathy: Sartana is very good at understanding suffering, but keeps this capacity at a arms length from feeling someone else's suffering, lest it cloud her better judgment.
  • Chameleon: Sartana reads rooms well and is able to match her tone and mannerisms to those around her with ease, though depending on her aims, she may not.
  • Precisely Pugnacious: Sartana is frequently in search of conflict, be it with ideas or fists and knows how to provoke it. As she's matured, she's learned when to tone it down when it could cost her and is opportunistic in when to engage.
  • Generally Benevolent: Despite always being eager for conflict, her default inclination is kindness to those that aren't obstacles and is generally uninterested in rudeness for the sake of rudeness.
  • Laconic humor: Despite being verbose, capable of holding conversations in a variety of languages and speaking charismatically, her preference in humor is short and cutting.

Likes:

  • Athletic Physicality: Sartana as an athletic woman who enjoys sporting in general, but none more than full contact and combat sports, which she see's as the ultimate test in athleticism, as they involve directly defeating competitor's bodies with one's own.
  • Hunting on Horseback: Gun or Bow, Sartana loves going hunting, particularly on horseback. While she's against hunting endangered animals, she enjoys and see's nothing wrong with hunting for sport. Also insists on calling spearfishing a type of hunting.
  • Playing Music: Loves playing music with her flute, violin and guitar. While she can be described as having basic competence with them, she is excellent at playing traditional music.
  • Brawling: Sartana is an excellent and mostly sportswomanlike formal martial artist, competent in a variety of disciplines, but there's nothing she enjoys quite like the freedom of being able to choose where and how she harms her foe, nor the thrill of the visceral mutual disdain involved.
  • Exercise: Sartana prides herself on building muscle to enhance rather than diminish her feminine form, giving her an ample chest combined with sizeable shoulders and thighs that highlight her hourglass shape. Beyond this, she puts considerable effort in exercising her precision, speed and stamina.
  • Winter Sports: Born and raised at high altitude, Sartana is very familiar with winter sports, while her favorite is hockey, she has considerable skill in skiing and snowboarding among other mountain sports.

Dislikes:

  • Strident Ignorance: Sartana hates personal ignorance in the form of stupidity and social ignorance in the form of a blind commitment to 'tradition' even where it undermines clear progress. Even worse when any this is considered in some ways virtuous.
  • Spinelessness: Sartana does not take spinelessness and general cowardice well. She is not one to gossip, except perhaps for strategic purpose, but certainly not to hurt someone. When Sartana aims to cause pain out of spite rather than purpose, her preference is physical means or at least the threat of physical means.
  • Tomboys: A category on its own, Sartana has quite the disdain for self identified 'tomboys'. She sees them as lazy and immature, incapable of confidently expressing a their femininity alongside toughness. Takes great pride in besting tomboys and knocking them down a peg, preferably literally.
  • Dueling with weapons: Despite always being eager for a fight, and being very competent with a foil, Sartana dislikes fencing and swordplay in general. Elegance and precision is admirable and she is appreciative of the talents of elite fencers. However, to her, combat should be about hurting your opponent more than they can endure, not scoring points. For obvious reasons, one can not do that while armed. She nonetheless maintains the philosophy and when fencing is prone to utilizing flicks intended to hurt opponents without taking penalties for doing so.
  • Singing: Mechanically, she's a good singer, but her heart simply isn't in it most of the time, though she's been told that it's beautiful when it is.

    Fears:

    • Failure: Sartana utterly afraid of failure. For some people that leads them to never try, for her it leads her to given immense effort to whatever she does, with the side effect of it sometimes making her obsessive.
    • Being laughed at: Sartana wants nothing more to be respected and if not, feared. Though she does have a sense of humor, being laughed at for reasons she recognizes herself as embarrassing and undermines her image is therefore a fear of hers and is liable to drive her to anger.
    • Being maimed: Somewhat surprisingly for someone who enjoys fighting as much as she does, while having a high pain tolerance, Sartana has a significant fear of being maimed. This is part of why she dislikes dueling with weapons, even with safeguards.

Bio:

Her families' dream had been for decades, to build up the international notability of the Ninakatari, among other national tribes, to the degree they could be seen as level with proper European nobility, even as they existed under a republican form of government. Part of doing this involved building up tribal finances to the point that it could afford the pomp and pageantry of European nobility. But existing under a libertarian market socialist state, that wasn't a particularly straight forward task. Their finances could not be based on ownership of capital, which had to be cooperatively owned, but through the acquisition of professional skills and education that would secure members of the Ninakatari high paying elite jobs, allowing money to put into a tribal consumer cooperative that could make large purchases. Taking advantage of Scornerse's relatively low by international standards, nevermind socialist countries, income tax rate, the current generation lives out much of what was dreamt by tribal leadership. Additionally, intent on securing a high degree of martial prowess in addition to pomp and lifestyle, the Ninakatari spent decades ensuring that it's brightest martial minds made their way to Scornerse's officer schools, with the most physically talented being sorted into a variety of martial arts.

The role Sartana served, however, is more ambitious. Their tribe had pomp and martial prowess exceeding many noble families, but the crown jewel of all, would be securing a marriage with a European noble. Sartana's parents died when she was too young to remember them and she was raised by a uncle that did absolutely everything he could to ensure that she'd be the very model of all the Ninakatari had built toward. In doing this, he ensured that she got an urban education, even though he also ensured that she developed a rural hardiness. So far, the success has been beyond what was anticipated. Embracing the role, Sartana went even further.

The Ninakatari are controversial in the nation's cites, and some see them as petty start ups operating against the values of the nation, nonetheless, Sartana's uncle made sure she was educated in the capital, as the last thing he wanted to do is let her coddled. As such Sartana was frequently a target of bullying by other children. In response, Sartana developed a penchant for violence in response to her tormentors, but was clever enough to usually avoid getting caught. Eventually, her uncle found out and partially chided her for it, but allowed her to her to receive martial arts training, which she excelled at. In the most recent Musogtakanakuy tournament, a yearly national marital arts competition most easily described as a mix of judo and Muay thai, Sartana won and convincingly so.

By no means, however, is Sartana a dull brute. She also acquired a prestigious education in one of Scornerse's best universities, pursuing majors in both Physics and Politics, even with the mandatory 2 years of military service that came with her education in Scornerse. Originally, the plan was for her to pursue even more educational accomplishments, until a little letter had come in last year. Coincidentally, the current governing coalition of Scornerse had a minister of foreign affairs extremely sympathetic to the Ninakatari cause. As such, they were quick to relay it to the Sartana's uncle. Not pushing it on her, Sartana was first contacted over the opportunity. She thought about it for a better part of a month or, more accurately, spent her time devouring all the information she could about King Ivan. At first, she was hesitant, but grew more enamored the more she learned about him, that eventually developed into as good of an attraction as one could get remotely. She agreed, determined to win over Ivan, whatever and whoever she had to overcome.

She arrived at the ball ready and willing to establish herself in the court while undermining her competition by whatever means nessecary. More than once she sought to establish her dominance with personal verbal confrontations with more than a touch of physical intmidation, with suitors and local 'obstacles' alike.

Most succesfuly, she caused Countess Olena to visibly break down, reducing her to tears and causing her to frustratedly slap the nearby princess Isolde, just ad Sartana turned to confront Olena's more courageous friend, Baroness Melonie. While she was unable similarly break Melonie, she'd later move to finish off Olena, confronting her again, this time with the princess that she had slapped.

Princess Isolde would proceed to get her revenge by punching Countless Olena in the face, breaking her nose and flooring her. A shattered Olena would then leave utterly embarrassed and crying off, leaving Melonie behind. After sending Isolde off and now alone with an apologizing Melonie instead of going after her again, she'd reach out to establish an alliance with her, impressed by her willingness to stand up to Sartana twice, but concede upon realizing that she was out matched. The ladies of the court at this point began to build a combination of respect and fear of Sartana, whilethe royal guard among themselves dubbed her the 'Wolf Queen'.

Sartana would go on to secure a dance with King Ivan, a particularly physically involved dance that allowed the King to experience Sartana's get a feel for Sartana's powerful yet feminine physique. After its conclusion, Sartana would speak to Queen Freja of Camelon, King Ivan's sister, who seemed impressed by Sartana.

Latter, would attempt to make a play for the support of the Catholics. On her way to do so, she 'subtly' shoved and tripped the Torgeirist Fjolla as she was making converts. Ironically this would lead the two the step out of the ballroom and have a conversation in which Sartana would pledge her tolerance for the Torgeirist cause in exchange for their support, but implicitly threatening that crossing her would mean persecution.

Throughout all of this, the consequences of a plot that Sartana had cooked with with Melonie was taking hold. Earlier, Melonie had pitched Sartana the idea of embarrassing the powerful Duchess Arissa by poisoning her tea with laxatives. Sartana tacitly endorsed the plan, but instead of just getting Duchess Arissa's drink, she had poisoned the entire batch of tea.

This would help precipitated a conflict between the navy and the royal guard, both under the impression that they work making moves to over throw King Ivan.
This would come to. The Jailing of the court photographer, a shooting and the premature end of the ball.

After this disaster Sartana returned home deeply frustrated. She felt at the very least she was up there as a top 3 option for Ivan. She had support from Queen of Camelon, within the Royal Guard and from the Torgeirists. Yet she had no way of knowing if she'd be able to hold on to any if that until the next oppertunity to vie for King Ivan's heart, whenever that would be.
That would not mean she'd give up, however, no, she would improve herself in preparation for the next opportunity.

That summer, she represented Scornerse in an international Olympiad, securing Silver Medals in 67+ kg Taekwondo and light-heavyweight Boxing, along with a Gold Medal in 78 kg Judo, affirming herself as one of the most dominant Martial Artists in the world.

Sartana would still be herself for Ivan this time, but even more affirmed in who she was. Her tactics, however would have to change. There wouldn't be a captive audience for her confrontation and inmidation of suitors and others who stood in her way, at least not as often.

What will you be bringing with you: various athletic and cqc gear, military uniform, personal electronic devices, winter clothing and sports equipment. A bow with arrows, a spear, an Ahtlatl and a pair of knuckle knives.
What gift will you be presenting to the King:
A Colourful Scornersean handcrafted pot depicting Norotunga Valley, with a handcrafted wool wolf doll wearing an outfit just like Sartana's winter gear, 'riding' in the pot.
Lodging: Village
Miscellaneous Information:
Sartana stands at 6'3'' and weighs around 190 pounds, around 12-15 pounds abover her oympiad compete weight. This should not be mistake for her being out on practic, on the contrary, she prefers her current size for open tournaments.

As implied by her likes and personality, Sartana's more or less always up for a fight. I give advanced OOC permission if your character wants to challenge or attack her, (with blunt force, e.g. a punch, kick provided that it happens where neither are likely to get caught in the act and as long as its either fair or in Sartana's advantage.

Travel of Note: The viscountess conducted a three-year anthropological expedition to Persia, Afghanistan and Baluchistan between 2016 and 2020.
Personality: Having grown up in a privileged household, with few needs or wants, Catherine is known to independent-minded and stubborn, a trait that has, in the past, made her turn away many of her suitors, which is why her father’s gone and sent her off to Norotunga Valley, hoping that, just this once, her daughter might propel his age-old family into royalty.

Though she dislikes admitting so, she’s generally quite impatient and easy to irritate, adding to her temperamental personality.

Catherine herself would never say this publicly, but she feels as though she’s too young to enter into any long-term relationships right now. The personal freedom her parents afforded her, in line with new social norms within her country, as well as ever-increasing secularisation and modern takes on romance have made her prefer more casual, if not outright unconventional relationships. But then again, she couldn’t tell anyone, as that would risk her father’s ire.

And finally, this young peeress has quite the disdain for the supposed pomposity of other noblemen and noblewomen around her. Her dislike of snobbish behaviour would, naturally, be acceptable, if she herself were dissimilar from her peers. Alas, she revels in the same luxury those around her do, and would rather die than give it up.

Likes: Skiing
Horse riding
Polocrosse
Languages
Traveling
Foreign cultures
Fashion
Tennis
Wine

Dislikes: Cheap wines & spirits
Most types of beer (lager, stout, ale, etc.)
The smell of gasoline
The uneducated
The cold
Being underdressed
Pointless Smalltalk

Having to play the violin

Fears: Losing her father’s favour and ending up poor
Her crippling nicotine addiction spiraling out of control
Embarrassing herself on the trip
Having to share her inn cabin with her annoying handmaid

Allergies: Gluten Intolerance
Bio:

Catherine Donoghue-Márnínckhe was born to the influential Thiran family of the same name on the 8th of April, 1996. Her early childhood was intensely peaceful and uneventful, growing up in a household that fulfilled her every wish so long as she studied hard, played enough sports, and attended her bi-weekly violin lessons.

It was so intensely uneventful one could quite nearly call it dull.

Regardless, she grew up without any legitimate concerns and swiftly found herself surrounded by people just like her. Surrounded by that boundless serenity and eerie discomfort of country club life, Catherine used her parents’ money to move to the capital, and swiftly started a bachelor's in cultural anthropology and archeology. After doing a master’s degree in the former, she immediately packed her bags and flew to Persia, where she found out just how much more horrible the life of the poor was.

After two years of important life lessons, but an ever stronger reluctance to work with the underprivileged, she returned home. At first, she partook in many of life’s vices, much like she did when she started studying in the capital, but her father quickly caught wind of her behaviour, and put her on a short moments’ house arrest to ensure the press wouldn’t get their hands on any controversial stories.

When he found that perpetually living at home made Catherine anxious and sick, he responded to a certain Frozen Forestrian king that he would be most happy to send his daughter along, hoping that her mingling with foreign royalty could earn his family the power and image he felt it deserved.

And so Cat finds herself in the Frozen Forest, unsure what to suspect and not quite sure how to act.

What will you be bringing with you: Household items, her preferred pair of skis, incl. matching poles, ski boots, etc., a personal handmaid, a flask of Frapin XO cognac, plenty of Newhaven cigarettes and a zippo
What gift will you be presenting to the King: Should the king not be satisfied by Catherine’s skiing, she’ll remedy his discontent with a simple bible - one of the first to have been translated into the Thiran language following the reformation.
Lodging: Believing it unbecoming of a woman of her stature to live in common quarters, the viscount’s father, his grace the Duke of Pfírrathshæn, has explicitly requested his daughter sleeps in a room at the inn. He has additionally requested separate quarters for her handmaid.
Miscellaneous Information: N/A
