Infamous Northumbrian football hooligan 'King Yob', real name Kev 'Kevvo' Carruthers, has died choking on a Greggs Steak Bake at a Greggs in Newcastle, specifically the one on Northumberland Street. "It was awful," said one bystander. "He said 'watch this, lads' and tried to swallow it whole." An ambulance quickly arrived, but it was too late: Yob was dead.
His son, Baz Carruthers, has declared himself King Yob II 'International Incidents'.
