The Labour government has re-established the welfare state, now rather than exiling, executing or enslaving large crowds of people who roam without work they are given a chance, a chance to work in Westmonkwick and be awarded citizenship for five years of good conduct.
They are also given accommodation in the new trailer parks for low rents which are collected on payday.
Needless to say these generous policies don’t apply to convicted murderers and rapists and only apply to housebreakers or vice offenders on a case by case basis.
