Parliamentary Election results announced: Ficterian Union wins majority.
The Ficterian Union has won 41 out of 75 seats in Ficterio's Parliament, as compared to the National Alignment's 34 seats.
This election was widely considered unfair, with National Alignment observers reporting mass voter intimidation in several polling stations.
Jean Pastoki, the Prime Ministerial candidate of the National Alignment, has conceded in a speech in which he called for his supporters to accept the results to avoid another civil war, he also insinuated that he will run in the next Presidential Election.
Ernest Thylleson from the Ficterian Union is expected to be appointed as Prime Minister, while Jean Pastoki is expected to serve as leader of the opposition.
