To the citizens of SERBIA!

Men and women!

Members of the Serbian Armed Forces!

People of all religions!

The foolish actions of your leaders, attacking our muslim brethren in places where they were in a minority, not only were bad per-se, but where, for not saying it with bad words, at least, delusional.

How could you think, by Allah, that this actions would be left without any payback from the Muslim armies?

Why did you think that we, the muslims, will stand idly to your attack against Islam?

You waged war against us, and, as much as it is haram that the muslims wage war against nations that have done nothing bad against them, it is totally halal that we, as muslims, reply to defend our muslim brothers in areas dominated by non-muslim to any aggression they suffer.

This has been the case.

Therefore, the three heroic and valiant muslim armies of the TURKMEN EMIRATE, the UNITED WADIYAN EMIRATES and the SULTANATE OF SALÉ-RABAT have decided to united their forces for waging a defensive war arised by the need of protecting our muslim brothers in Serbia.

You have fought, even if in the name of a non just, Haram cause which will be only left to ALLAH to JUDGE (all praise be to ALLAH!), bravely, and the muslims value bravery in battle.

The Emir of Turkmenistan and Caliph has entrusted me with the right and privilege, given by Allah, the one who gives and who takes at his will and pleasure, of annexing the beautiful city of Belgrade to my sultanate, as your city and the whole country has become the war booty of the muslims, so therefore, I decide and I order the following:

1-That the City of Belgrade is added to the Sultanate of Sale-Rabat.

2-That by the will of Allah (all praise be to Allah!) and given that I OWN the city, I am given the title of CONQUEROR and SUBMITTER of Belgrade.

3-That the biggest, most stunning and beautiful orthodox cathedral in the captured city is turned into a mosque, from which Adhan is broadcasted everyday (even if it is a christian area) not only as the call to prayer for muslims which can form a minority in the area, but as a way to remember the inhabitants of the neighbourhood to their defeat against our mighty muslim Armies, because ALLAH (all praise be to ALLAH) is on our side.

4-That the soldiers who have been conscripted to fought in the Serbian Army are hereby and eternally absolved of any accusation related to deaths caused to our armies in fighting, because it is usual that soldiers die in war and therefore it is not a cause for retribution.

5-That any military member with responsability in directed the troops will be personally judged by myself, the Sultan of Sale-Rabat and given adequate punishment or clearing of all charges.

6-That the administrative staff of the city will keep their jobs as if nothing has happened.

7-That I will be named Mayor of the City and will appoint only Serbian ethnicity people to rule in my name, altough they will have to be of proven sympathy and loyalty to our cause..

8-That from now on, all females, whatever their religion is, should observe islamic modesty dress codes and wear a hijab on their heads to not seduce males with their charms and beauty.

9-That females are, from now on, forbidden of working in any leadership position anywhere in the territory of the city, because females in islam must be wives and mothers.

10-That females keep being allowed to work in any administrative, nurturing, or simply not leadership position.

11-That Arabic becomes the official language of the city and all the laws will have to be written only in that languages, or else they will be considered null and whoever wrote a law in any other language will be fined.

12-That the use of Serbian is, however, allowed in administration and it is the only instruction language.

14-That education must be kept as it was.

15-That English is substituted as the main foreign language of study by Arabic, because that is the language of Islam and Belgrade is now under islamic rule.

16-That it is forbidden for any of our soldiers to commit any crime against civilian or military population.
