It is inspiring to witness the accession of Representative Swezj into the position of Chairperson of the Chamber. Without a shadow of a doubt, our Polish comrades in the Polska Zjednoczona Partia Robotnicza are overjoyed and honored by such a special accolade. Cooperation is the blood essence flowing through the organs of an organization, and it frees us from concern seeing the Revolutionary heartbeat return to its usual pace. Endorsing this development we reserve zero reasons to lodge a complaint of any kind. The Erudian delegation shall see to it that the Comrade Chair and the 5th Internationale as a whole, have the support to succeed in carrying out our founding purpose.

Acknowledging that there are no further pending issues in need of resolution at present then perhaps it would be prudent to propose this session be adjourned. By the by, all preparations deemed necessary and optional, in establishing SOCIECON, will be wired to our government. A detailed report summarizing the preliminary stage of establishing SOCIECON in Erudia by the Supreme Congress shall be procured and presented before the Unified Chamber in the next upcoming session. It is of utmost importance that logistical chains be formed steadfast, for such internationalist interconnectivity lays the foundations for greater unified action in advancing human history to its next epoch.

A long session in the Chamber of the UISA and GCPI often made Szwej tired, but today he was invigorated with a conviction - to carry through with some interesting proposals brought to his attention over the matters of the SCTO. A while ago, perhaps a few months now, Comrade Granadense had passed a secret memorandum out to the various representatives of the SCTO member states; this memorandum contained details about a potential military academy within the Salvarojan countryside. Needless to say, a proposal like this was not something to be taken lightly, and having access to this kind of resource could prove just the thing that the SCTO needs to go from being an on-paper organization into an actual influential military alliance.

Digging through the pile of papers on his desk, Szwej found the memorandum passed out by Granadense and began reading over it once more, realizing that the prospect of making a SCTO military supercentre is not one to simply gloss over. With the support of the other SCTO members, especially the incredibly powerful states of Reinkalistan and the enigmatic Erudian All-Union, it would be possible to create a training ground capable of adapting soldiers to every situation imaginable and bringing military initiative up to the standard of a global superalliance. Such an idea for a collaborative military academy/training ground was not novel, but if it allowed for increased capabilities for every nation involved, then such a facility would be unimaginably useful.

All that remained for Szwej to do with the information was to get Comrade Granadense to begin drafting the idea into a fully fledged motion within the SCTO, something that would be done with oversight from Szwej and the PZPR of course, given that Szwej was to be the idea's first major patron. A co-operative motion would only further draw Salvaroja to collaborate with Poland and allow Poland to aid Salvaroja further. Such collaboration would give Poland the ability to form its own bloc of equals that may one day benefit Poland in return - a critical development towards a more independent Polish Marxism-Leninism.

After his glance through the memorandum, Szwej would roll it up and stuff it into his pocket, before leaving the room and making his way over towards the Salvarojan offices. Coming to a stop before Granadense's office, Szwej would fetch the rolled up sheet of paper from his pocket, and begin knocking on the door.
