It is a joyous occasion to see the Communist Party of the Soviet Union too wishes to join the harmonic glorious of the emancipated nations and its international bodies. Your people have been through much hardship as the two-headed vulture of Empire and Capital has eroded at the edges of your proud collective, but nevertheless you stand strong!

Such strength is inspiring to those who look on with beating hearts at you continue your triumphant march to victory. We will stand to destroy the masters of the "profit" you rightly detest.

The Communist Party of the Soviet Union is admitted to the United International Socialist Assembly and General Committe for Proletarian Internationalism. Pending a signature, the United Soviet Republics will be admitted into the Socialist Cooperative Treaty Association.

In a world increasingly beset upon by the forces of cruelest reaction, it is more prudent than ever to pursue close bonds between likeminded strongholds of the world revolution. Our strength lies in our solidarity with one another, the whole far greater than the sum of its parts. Accordingly, and ever-mindful of the foundational principles of the revolutionary struggle, we extend our hand to you in friendship.

The organisation of the Fifth International represents an invaluable and momentous step forward for the universal proletarian revolution and the emancipation of humanity, and thus we would humbly request the opportunity to lend our strength to this cause as you have done.

Open statement regarding the current status of the Fifth International.

Comrades, friends; in the absence of the Reinkalistani delegation to the Fifth International, the Polish delegation under Comrade Piotr Szwej has been appointed the temporary head of the Fifth International Committee until further notice. Henceforth it will be the job of the Polish delegation to the Fifth International to monitor applications, chair sessions of the GCPI and UISA, and conduct affairs on behalf of the Reinkalistani delegation. We thank you for your patience in this time of uncertainty within the Fifth International. We hope that the development of relations between socialist nations can continue unimpeded and that the working class can successfully defeat the injustices of capital.

Regarding: Khaitayan request to join the Fifth International

Given the Khaitayan stance towards communism and their communist party, in addition to the so-called 'Declaration of war on Leftists and Shiites' by the Ba'athist leader of Khaitay, President Omar Khairallah, the Committee for the Fifth International REJECTS the application of the Republic of Khaitay to all bodies of the Fifth International for their anti-communist stance and general opposition towards socialist internationalism.

While Arab nationalism is an admirable ideological basis, it is a shame that the Khaitayan Ba'athists have continued to sow discord within the Pan-Arab movement with their barbarous actions against communists and other Pan-Arab nationalists that disagree with their Sunni religious policies and pandering towards states such as Saudi Arabia.

The Fifth International cannot in good faith claim to be a socialist internationalist organization while allowing the membership of states that actively slaughter and repress communists. Khaitay has twisted Pan-Arabism to fit the power fantasies of President Khairallah and his clique. We shall not stand for the misuse of progressive national movements by demagogic cliques.

The work of the Worker's Union of the Congo is admirable and their people's commitment to freedom and socialism is something that the world's working peoples should certainly aspire towards. We are honoured to allow the Worker's Union of the Congo to apply to the Fifth International and hope that our future cooperation will expedite the process of the development of world socialism. The liberation of the oppressed African nations is a critical goal for the working class parties of the world, imperialists must not be allowed to fester unhindered - the mighty alliance of the world's working people will ensure the total liberation of the African nations from their overlords.

As such, the Fifth International would like to APPROVE the membership of the Communist Workers' Party, and hopes to see the Congolese representative join the chambers of the Fifth International shortly. In addition, membership of the Socialist Co-Operative Treaty Organization shall be granted upon signature from relevant state and party authorities within the Worker's Union.

Regarding: Saralonian request to join the Fifth International

Whilst the Fifth International may not necessarily agree with many of the choices made by the Communist Party of Saralonia, we welcome them to the Fifth International with open arms in the hope that through international cooperation and the distribution of the collective knowledge gained by the other parties in the Fifth International that we may improve through criticisms and work towards strengthening the communist movement. The Fifth International is built upon the ability of every member party to be free to share their experiences for the betterment of the communist movement.

We salute our new comrades in Saralonia and can only hope that they will further the progression of their communist party towards ending the phase of people's democracy and moving onwards to the further development of socialism and communism. Your representative will be treated with utmost respect by the other representatives within the Fifth International, and accommodations will be provided to ensure their wellbeing while in the Reinkalistani city of Turaniskidak.

To: The Syndicalist Central Committee of Vikanias
Regarding: Vikanian request to join the Fifth International

Given that Vikanias is a Constitutional Monarchy that allows the continuation of the former feudal class as a foul constituent of the compromise between the capitalist class and the feudal monarchy that allows both to operate and exploit the working people, the Fifth International has no reason to allow Vikanias to join either the GCPI or the SCTO. The current government of Vikanias, the Syndicalist Central Committee, is nothing more than a front to continue age-old policies of the Vikanian government that include warmongering and capitalism under the guise of being 'pro-worker'. Needless to say, the Fifth International has no desire to allow opportunists into any organization of the Fifth International, but especially not the SCTO.

It is also worth noting that the Vikanians are incredibly unprofessional when dealing with foreign states - noting their propensity to utilize short and informal messages that have a home in a children's schoolground group, not in the domain of international diplomacy. Impressions upon diplomatic organizations are everything in attempting to pursue membership, and Vikanias' government does not inspire confidence within the organs of the Fifth International.
