History's symphony is reaching a crescendo. The soldier, the workman, the farmer, and atop it all the politician and the business-man all look forward with a common trepidation. The world is ravaged by war and conflict: Empires come to bloody blows and their skeletons grow evermore brittle, while all under heaven awaits with bated breath for that which is next to come.

Beneath the tumult, the one direct political programme that has a goal that truly bears revolutionary potential remains the same: Communism. We disdain to conceal our views and aims: we aim to wage a direct revolutionary struggle against the world's oligarchs and plutocrats, aiming for nothing less than the total dismantlement of the global system. We are not liars, we are not con-artists. We are simply honest and resolute at once, with the gilded goal of the toppling of privilege worldwide in the name of all working people.

To this extent, unity amongst the world's Communist and Socialist parties takes a paramount role in the years to come. Should the surging revolutionary tide grow to surmount the Old World remains to be seen -- and so we must make it so. Strengthening the political association among Communist Parties of all stripes will allow the fostering of a common policy, unified military action, and greater influence on the world stage. Let the reactionaries, crowned heads, and agents of oppression tremble in the face of the FIFTH INTERNATIONAL OF THE COMMUNIST MOVEMENT: an unprecedented communist international association with the explicit goal of world revolution in response to the neo-imperial threat.

It has been determined that nothing but unwavering dedication to the cause on the part of all who can contribute may suffice. We will shatter each chain, link by link, or we will disappear into history's pages as an inspiration for those who come after us. Either way, world communism can and will be achieved.

There are three bodies which compose the Fifth International:

☭GENERAL COMMITTEE FOR PROLETARIAN INTERNATIONALISM

The most basic level of interaction with the Fifth International, the General Committee provides a forum for any Communist or Socialist Party to send a delegate to in order to discuss and advocate, but not propose or vote on, policy dictated by the fully-fledged members. As an institution for bodies which plan to operate principally as observers, non-Communist parties and international groups may seek representation, though it is far from guaranteed.

☭UNITED INTERNATIONAL SOCIALIST ASSEMBLY

Each member of the Fifth International is entitled to send a delegation to speak and vote on their behalf. This includes motions regarding the general theory and praxis of Communist movements worldwide, as well as generally delineate the course of World Communism as a political objective.

☭SOCIALIST CO-OPERATIVE TREATY ORGANISATION

An international body promoting greater unity between ruling Communist Parties worldwide. Is vested with the power to vote on and enforce trade sanctions, military interventions, and general policy proposals on economic co-development and further development of international socialism.

On the desire of the Polish United Workers' Party to join the Fifth International.

The Polish United Workers' Party, in recognition of the friendship between Poland and Reinkalistan, would like to extend its desire to become a part of the international struggle for the victory of the working class against the darkest reaction that currently plagues our planet. It is well known that both Poland and Reinkalistan have worked together in the past to combat the forces of the capitalist enemy and bring about peace and socialism in the Reinkalistani constituent republic of Kaskia. It would be in the interest of both nations, therefore, to deepen political interaction between our two parties and to enhance the discourse between the various communist parties of the world through participation in these discourses. The best education that can be provided to communist parties is the education on the experiences of those parties successful in overthrowing the old order and establishing the proletariat as the new ruling class, smashing the vestiges of the capitalist state.

Therefore it is pertinent that we submit our application to the Fifth International as soon as possible, as without an international organization, critical leaps for the communist movement would be forfeit. In our war against the bourgeoisie there can be no respite; we can only continue to teach the working people of the world how best to wage their own struggles for victory in the hopes that this will accelerate the path to world socialism. We shall march forward towards the final victory against capitalism, and we shall not be caught sleeping when we have our greatest opportunity to bring critical organization to the workers of the world when they need it most. We stand against the perfidious butchers of capitalism now and forever, our people resolute in their path towards freedom and socialism.

The current world order nears its final gasp; we stand now on the precipice of either a global reactionary terror that far outstrips the greatest of holocausts, or we shall achieve our finest victory and move towards a great socialist world under a global organization of communist parties. The world must choose either socialism or barbarism, for those are the only two fates that await it once capitalism enters its death throes.

An organization of communist parties on the scale of an international is something that has only been achieved successfully once, with the victory of the Soviet Union and the Third International founded by Vladimir Lenin. We therefore shall strive to ensure that this Fifth International is able to not only rival the successes of the Third, but also exceed and surpass them in every category in order to best move towards the final victory of communism. We hope that our current drive towards internationalism will be unparalleled in history as the greatest mass mobilization of communist parties in the world. As such it is with great pride that we look forward to joining the Reinkalistani Communist Party and other communist parties in the world in moving toward the freedom of the international working class. We stand together in this time of great anticipation.

The swift Polish response to the foundation of the Fifth International bodes well for the international movement. Already, the greatest economic experiment of our time has gathered a mighty gust of wind in its strong and broad sails, and sets forth with the determination to shatter the old world.

I have informed the Exterior Commissariat and therefore the Reinkalistani delegation to the Fifth International that provisions to accept the Polish United Workers' Party into every level of the Fifth International -- we shall make preparations for Comrade Szwej to be represented in both the General Committee for Proletarian Internationalism and the United International Socialist Assembly; pending a signature, the Polish People's Republic shall also become a signatory of the Socialist Co-operative Treaty and thereby become a full S.C.T.O. member.

The Polish people and nation have stood side-by-side with Reinkalistan against the reactionary terror-campaign in Kaskia, and it is reassuring that they are willing to participate in the Fifth International and the associated international bodies. The Reinkalistani people have been truly blessed with the friendship of Comrade Kor's socialist party and government. Concerning Collective Assent into the Fifth International.

Long have we observed the development of extraterrestrial Socialism at an arm's length, as we prepared our world diligently for the Ascension, this state of being we are trying to achieve; determined to be analogous to World Communism. Reinkalistan's invitation echoes throughout the stars, we have heard, we have answered. Accordingly, a taskforce of functionaries has been assembled on a moment's notice for the express impetus of participating within the 5th International on all of its levels.

On behalf of the worldwide All-Union, we hereby volunteer for the inter-planetary struggle of the working people against the reprehensible antagonisms of capital and elite interest. Erudia is a history rife with classism, chiefly defined by the struggles of the disenfranchised class in liberating itself from the leash of the elite, to restore classless equality to the region at first and then the world at large. Acknowledging that history does not end at the liberation of a single world; it would be in the interest of both parties to normalize diplomatic relations between our two civilization-states. We believe that in doing so, meaningful contributions toward the praxis of worldwide Proletariat liberation can be made. Experience is the greatest teacher of all and the scientific application of such in relation to the material conditions of member-states shall be the sword that beheads the hydra of capital. We stand united in absolute conviction that the contradictions of capital— particularly the vilest strains known as neoliberal capitalism— shall usher its own down-fall; for the currents of revolution drive the gears of history into motion. Greetings.

The interest of the Shurayu people and nation in the Fifth International intrigued and surprised me. The Shurayu are known for their apathy at best and disdain at worst for those who exist outside of their ancient and mysterious land. The illustrious history of the Shurayu, as long and storied as it is, has led to a general aloofness towards the affairs of those you consider your lessers.

Nevertheless, the experience of the Shurayu will be a helpful addition, and its affinity towards Vanguardist and Communist schools of thought is noted. The Fifth International will respect the borders of the Atrahasian Republic, and those affairs which are conducted within it. There shall be no intent or attempt to proselytize Communism to your nation or delegates. We will receive Arnaba Nam'adanadbáku and his bodyguards with open arms, and we thank you and him for his service.

It is noted, however, that you have requested for the Ellat-Qabassu to join the United International Socialist Assembly, despite not being a Communist party. To be precise: the UISA is a body to which only Communist delegates may apply. The General Committee for Proletarian Internationalism, of course, allows observer members to contribute and sit at any UISA meetings, though their ability to vote on the official policy towards world communism will not be present. This is not intended to be a rebuff of your gracious offer of assistance, you must understand; it is just acknowledging that Nam'adanadbáku's wisdom can be perfectly received through the proper channels, and I do not think it is proper, in his eyes or ours, that he inundates himself with the political faculties of the UISA.

Nevertheless, provisions have been made to accept Nam'adanadbáku at the Fifth International's Headquarters in Turaniskidak, P.F. Reinkalistan. He will be accepted as a delegate to the GCPI.

You yourself have deftly spent many of your years maintaining the great popular Frente Unido so that the bright red light of Salvarojan socialism continues to burn and stand immortal in the face of those who would seek it extinguished.

We would be honoured to admit Frente CASA and its constituent parties, representing the alliance of agriculture and industry working as one towards socialism, into the General Committee for Proletarian Internationalism and the United International Socialist Assembly; pending signature, the People's Republic of Salvaroja shall be admitted as a member-state in the Socialist Co-Operative Treaty Organisation.

Ambassador Granadense requests clarification.

First, the People’s Republic of Salvaroja queries the credentials of Mr Ashleigh and the basis on which Northumbria addresses the Fifth International, as it does not appear to be a member-state of the STCO or to have a member-party involved in the International’s other organs.

The above queries are not intended to be hostile, as the allegation made is serious. It is also beyond the means of the People’s Republic of Salvaroja to verify by application of its own intelligence resources. Substantiation of the allegation is critical, as is vetting of the source of that substantiation. If there is evidence to present it should be presented so appropriate action can be taken. If on the other hand this is a baseless allegation, such libel must be withdrawn.

Dear Comrade

May this letter finds you in good health. First and foremost, we would like to congratulate you and the Fifth International for once again striving to unite the various Communist and Socialist parties around the world. This is an extremely noble endeavor and one that will reap benefits for not only the participating organisations but for the entire human race. The world today is indeed a dangerous place to live. Common men, the people whom the great Karl Marx referred to as 'proletariats', are almost always the ones who get caught in the crossfire and suffer the most casualties as the imperialist powers wage war against each other to maximise their own profits. Probably the most dangerous word in the world today is 'Profit'. People are being coerced by their imperial overlords to sink to depths of depravity for the mere pursue of profit. Profit that will only benefit the ruling class. But these ruling classes are not fools, they have very successfully corrupted the meaning of terms such as 'Democracy' and 'Rights' and use these terms to legitimise their tyranny. But everything has an end, and it's high time now that we end their tyranny and free the 'proletariats' around the world.

The common men of every nationality needs us, the Communists, to free them from their shackles of ignorance. It is our moral duty to step forward and challenge the tyranny of the minority. We should not be a mute spectator to what is transpiring around us. So, it is extremely necessary for us, the Communists, to be united in our struggle. I wholeheartedly believe that this organisation, aptly called 'The Fifth International', shall serve this function. It shall unite us at a time when humanity needs us the most. Let us all brace ourselves.
