A Summit to Remember (SEA-INVITE ONLY/OOC)

City of Lixtium, Kingdom of Mervay

Lixtium. The Northern City of Rivers, Symbol of the Goddess, and many other names. It's a city with a long history behind it, one of prideful moments, shattering events and warm tales with a new one to be added to it's history as it will be the first city to host the first SEA Summit, one that will pass in history as 'The Summit of Lixtium'.

This will be the first summit since the signing of the SEA-Accords in 2019 and it is expected that it will be the first of many summits of the organization and it's agenda will be focused on the agreements made on the treaty to begin with.

Lixtium 2021 Summit Agenda
- The debate in regards to an reduction in trade barriers and a new reduction to be agreed upon to unify the markets.
- The establishment of unified industrial standards between the member states.
- The proposal of an series of SEA Shared Projects financed by the 0.1% of the revenues from the tariffs for the betterment of life quailty, research, environmental and economical programs in the member nations.
- The strenghtening of military coordination between member states and close collaborators in the name of self-defense per established by the article 1.
- The settlement of common environmental standards and programmes between member states.

All guests will recive an invitation with Her Majesty's signature in regards to the event to symbolize their presence, please keep it.

Greetings and welcome to whoever read this to A Summit to Remember!!
In this RP, the member states of the SEA-Accords will come together for it's first summit and to debate in the agenda for the organization alongside possible new members and observers that will join us discression. While the political and economical aspects will take part, so will the social one with a myriad of events prepared for the duration of the event.

The IC will be opened in the next few days if anyone asks, this OOC is for coordination between everyone in the RP and such. Another thing to add, regular RP rules apply as obvious so no need to explain unless needed.

tempted to reserve His Majesty for the head of state party (unless ENP brings Diosdado here, in which case I intend to have Tommy and Crassus just constantly fucking roast him) and just bring MHP, a few government officials including MoFA, probably Val because she basically is the Empire's business interests, maybe one or two of the cousins and their parents if we're still doing the Model SEA thing

If you are alright with it, everyone besides Foreign Minister Świetlicki will arrive armed and, besides the troops """escorting""" the Foreign Minister, will surrender their arms at the door. It should be noted that asking Prussian-Poles to disarm is considered a grave offense, and a Prussian-Pole not coming armed, or offering to disarm him/herself, of his or her own voilition and without prompting, is considered an enormous sign of trust and a great honor.

Understood, please be reminded they must be ceremonial or officer weapons like a pistol or dagger for example and that the Prussian Pole Tradition will be respected as long as they do not cause an incident. And it will be hoped that during the summit they will surrender their weapons out of their own voilition. Also please make sure to declare their weapons to the officers in National Security (the people in intelligence, foreign affairs, defence, the prime minister and crown offices)

Another thing to add but, in order to ensure the timing and such, the dates of the summit, as I plan on it lasting between the usual duration of a G20 which is two days (Three or four if you count the days before where the delegations make their presence) or three, officially speaking will be around November 28th to December 3rd with the event beginning oficially the 30th; all in order to give time for the delegates to prepare as the letter was sent around the 26th. Plus there will be an schedule added in the next few days in regards to what will the delegations and business representatives will be expecting, that will also add the Aureumterrans which (If you allow me Aureumterra) they will give both an press conference and private conference with the members of the event minus business. I hope that won't be a problem.

That means I'm bringing back the good doctor, plus two Attachés, one of whom I will neither confirm nor deny is the VIA Chief of Station. On top of that, given the VIPs onsite, I will also have to include a detachment of ten Executive Security Officers, all of whom are armed with concealed M1911A1 pistols.

A small note on the VIA chief NVI: from what I heard one day in a Youtube video made by a former DGSE Agent (the French foreign intelligence service), when it comes to personnel like this stationed in embassies, one of their roles is to also work with local services in terms of partnerships. Therefore, and since everyone working in an embassy has received a diplomatic status, the station chief and always at least one of the agents working under him will be registered as such in the embassy personnel list.

That's just for your general info, I'm not saying to change it or whatever.
