First Negotiation (07/11/2021)
The plenipotentiaries of Brezzia and Kingdom of VoidStania met in the Brezzian capital, Nova Sybaris, to restore the diplomatic relations between the two nations, which deteriorated following the events of Z-Day 10 The Communist Bloc and the so-called "VoidNews incident".

The Brezzian delegation abandoned the negotiations. The meeting was a failure.

Second Negotiation (11/11/2021)
The plenipotentiaries of Brezzia and Kingdom of VoidStania met in Sienlieng, the capital of Bamana, to try a second negotiation. The two nations have reached an agreement.

Grieving the suffering caused by the Zombie Apocalypse of 30 and 31 October 2021,

Grateful to the government of [nation=noflag+long]Bamana[/nation] for its hospitality and mediation during these negotiations,

Eager to re-establish normal diplomatic relations between their nations,

The Government of [nation=noflag+long]Brezzia[/nation] of the one part, and

The Government of [nation=noflag+long]Kingdom of VoidStania[/nation] of the other part,

Have agreed as follows :

1. VoidStania recognizes the role of Brezzia and its Red Guard during the Zombie Apocalypse, on a par with other nations and as part of the common effort to survive from zombie attacks;
2. VoidStania recognizes Brezzian operations during Z-Day as humanitarian interventions in Allied Nations and defense interventions against attacks by Zombie Nations, not Brezzian unilateral attacks on other Nations;
3. VoidStania retracts its statements against Brezzia, condemns the claims of the newspaper "Voidstania Weekly: 11/5/21" and will guarantee an impartial historical reconstruction of the events of the Z-Day;
4. VoidStania will pay 750.450.270 tarì (6 million vodians) within the next 6 months as financial compensation for damage caused by the commercial blockade and by the propaganda against Brezzia;
5. Brezzia accepts the formal apology published in the newspaper Voidstania Weekly: 11/12/21;
6. Brezzia will re-establish normal diplomatic relations with VoidStania and resend an Ambassador in VoidStania within seven days;
7. Brezzia recognizes the AZA as a permanent military alliance and will recognize future reinforcements in the cooperation of its member nations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, having been duly authorised thereto by their respective Governments, have, signed the present Agreement.

DONE at Sienlieng, 14 November 2021, which shall be deposited

Greetings comrade. As you are the host, I ask what you would like to discuss first

"We welcome the VoidStanian comrades, who have joined us in our capital to re-establish our friendly relations, overcoming the differences of the past" announced the Commissar for Foreign Affairs of Brezzia, Guido Forestieri, who will lead the Brezzian delegation.

"No thank you for hosting us here and showing me around your lovely city"
says Herald Der, one of Voidstania's best diplomats, and the man who will be representing Voidstania

[Brezzia]

"Brezzia's requests are simple:" says the Commissar.

"VoidStania recognizes the role of Brezzia and her Red Guard during the Zombie Apocalypse, on a par with other nations and as part of the common effort to survive from zombie attacks;

VoidStania recognizes that Brezzian operations during Z-Day were humanitarian interventions in Allied Nations and defense interventions against attacks by Zombie Nations, not Brezzian unilateral attacks on other Nations;

VoidStania distances itself from the claims of the newspaper "Voidstania National News" and undertakes to guarantee an impartial historical reconstruction of the events of the Z-Day that does not denigrate the work of Brezzia and its Red Guard.

We are available to discuss our requests and those that our VoidStanian guests will propose to us."

[Kingdom of Voidstania]

"Let us start with the first point" Der says, shifting in his chair "Voidstania can and will recognize the effort made to help survivors and Brezzian aid in the defeat of Arsa, however we must note that Brezzia did less to help both of these causes specifically later into Z-Day."

[Brezzia]

The Commissar firmly replied: "Brezzia's effort in recording the requests for help from our comrades and the attacks carried out by zombies in the early stages of the conflict are undeniable. The enemies identified by the Brezzian intelligence at the dawn of the Apocalypse are the same ones who continued to sow death and destruction until the end of the tragedy, when Brezzia, now isolated, could no longer continue operations."

"Also," he continues "The superiority claimed by VoidStania is not at all likely. The defense of TCB, with its huge number of dead and few survivors from the undead, has been unsuccessful. This is certainly due to the lack of coordination of all the Block. Individual nations have shown value, but no one has in fact replied to Brezzia's dispatches."

[Kingdom of Voidstania]

"While the defense of the TCB went poorly, and the AZA like many human nations were mostly dead or zombified, you cannot deny that the AZA was more organized." Der says, shifting his placement on his chair once more, "The AZA lead attacks. The Red Guard did not. While the AZA was still plenty disorganized, it was our efforts that took down New Astri and Arsa. Our attacks. Our plans. Our AZA."

[Brezzia]

"The Red Guard, as per its tradition, has favored sending aid to our Allies over violent actions. However, when the Brezzian research was compromised due to losses, it quickly moved on to counter-attack operations. Are you even denying the operations conducted by the Red Guard that eliminated or tens of millions of zombies at a time, while the AZA supported multiple coordinated operations that only neutralized 1 million at a time? Over the Parliament Arsan waved OUR flag!" The Commissar concludes with a resigned voice: "Ambassador Der, if you want to muddy the fallen of Brezzia, this negotiation cannot continue."

[Kingdom of Voidstania]

"The fallen of every country must be remebered and honored, and Voidstanians were proud to call Brezzians comrades during the war on Arsa" Der says, sympathy in his eyes "However if only Brezzia had attacked Arsa, they would have fallen. Same if only Voidstania fought. Same for everyone else. And while the AZA killed fewer in one strike, there were many, causing millions to die collectively."

[Brezzia]

"We disagree with your words, Mr. Ambassador. Brezzia has proven to be capable of annihilating three other nations by itself, one of which was a puppet state of Arsa. This is certainly due to the huge Brezzian population, which has indeed allowed us to maintain the 2% as survivors, despite isolation." The Commissar pauses briefly. "With that, I don't want to claim Brezzian supremacy during Z-Day. However, I believe it is right to acknowledge Brezzian contribution to our common cause."

[Kingdom of Voidstania]

"You are simply a larger nation. So what? You discredit our significant contributions to the Arsa war! We had to make due with our smaller size, and so we made allies. Voidstania lead, it did not conquer." Der says, sitting upright now, and raising his voice slightly "and, where was Brezzia during the New Astri wars. Thousands died, nations fell and Brezzia did nothing. Well, nothing except attacking Radicalania."

[Brezzia]

"This is all outrageous!" The Commissar exclaims furiously. "You VoidStanians have spat poison at Brezzia without even waiting for the barrels of your guns to cool! You have distorted the information on our dispute with Radicalania, making us pass for cowardly assailants when we were the assailed! You have ignored our warnings about their double agent! You have minimized our losses and our suffering! You have been watching as the undead slaughtered our comrades! You have ridiculed our glorious Red Guard! You feigned friendship to come and insult us in our Motherland! THAT'S ENOUGH! This negotiation is closed! Return to disperse hatred and lies in your country!"

The Commissar leaves the room slamming the door. The Brezzian diplomats cast contemptuous glances at the VoidStanian delegation and leave without speaking to them.

[Brezzia]

The leader of Brezzian delegation, Santina Pazienza, greets the Bamanese rappresentatives: "We thanks Bamana to host our delegation in its ancient and glorious capital. We trust that the arbitration of its representatives will bring these negotiations to good results."

[Kingdom of Voidstania]

"We too would like to thank Bamana for allowing us to talk here. Your Capital is lovely." Says Green Foger, a major diplomat and right hand man to the Minister of Foreign Affairs

[Brezzia]

"Our delegation has listed our requests:

1. VoidStania will recognize the role of Brezzia and its Red Guard during the Zombie Apocalypse, on a par with other nations and as part of the common effort to survive from zombie attacks;
2. VoidStania will recognize that Brezzian operations during Z-Day were humanitarian interventions in Allied Nations and defense interventions against attacks by Zombie Nations, not Brezzian unilateral attacks on other Nations;
3. VoidStania will retract its statements against Brezzia, will condemn the claims of the newspaper "Voidstania Weekly" and will guarantee an impartial historical reconstruction of the events of the Z-Day;
4. VoidStania will pay the adequate financial compensation for damage caused by the commercial blockade and by the propaganda against Brezzia.

Pazienza continues to read her papers.

"We also list the commitments we are willing to accept:"

1. Brezzia will re-establish normal diplomatic relations with VoidStania by resending its Ambassador;
2. Brezzia will accept the formal apology for Herald Der's behavior during the negotiations, for the accusations of wanting to destroy the AZA, and for the unmotivated and unjustifiable embargo against Brezzia, which will be published in the next issue of the newspaper "VoidStania Weekly";
3. Brezzia will recognize the AZA as a military alliance even after Z-Day and possible subsequent reinforcements in the cooperation of its member nations.

[Bamana]

"We too would like to thank Bamana for allowing us to talk here. Your Capital is lovely." Says Green Foger, a major diplomat and right hand man to the Minister of Foreign Affairs

"Thank you, Mr. Fogger", says the Bamanese diplomat Sakhawat Soshreni. She continues, "We want this meeting to be a friendly and jovial affair and any disruptions are not welcomed".

It requests VoidStania to recognize the commitments Brezzia is willing to accept. However, it supports VoidStania in the fact that AZA had been more active than Red Guard, as a participator in the Z-Day event.
We conclude that the Brezzian demands aren't unjust and they should be met by VoidStanian government.

[AJ Empire]

Delegates of AJ empire has thoroughly read the debate and comes to conclusion -:

"We thank the delegates for their impartial judgment. We remind them that the embargo has already been removed as a necessary requirement for Brezzia's participation in these negotiations. We also remind that Brezzia was active from the beginning of Z-Day, before AZA was formed."

"Your first, second, and third demands are quite resonable, and after research we have found evidence of the Red Guard's healing effort. We will make sure to edit the AZA history document to fit these needs, and the Voidstania weekly will post their apology in today's editon. Herald Der will send his apology, and we apologize for causing the embargo and calling all AZA members in to the embargo. This was unreasonable. However it is number 4 that we cannot accept. You can look at our industry, it is very lackluster. Our main sources of income is tourism and trout, and the trout is the only one we cannot export. To pay reparations would sent our nation into debt and ruin our economy." Foger responds, in a friendly but stern manner

[Radicalania]

Relatively confused, the Radicalanian Ambassador arrives with a heavily armed guard.

"Got to say, this isn't quite what I was expecting. We're unsure the purpose of our invitation if it wasn't to come in as clean up" The Ambassador waves two fingers and most of his guard step out of the room. Most. "Why exactly are we here?"

[Kingdom of Voidstania]

"I believe to discuss the battle with Brezzia you had prior to invading the AZA. I believe Pazienza invided you here to discuss your pov of what happened that night" Says Foger, calling in his bodyguards, which are in full riot gear

[Brezzia]

Pazienza replies to the VoidStanian representative: "Mr. Foger, we believe that our claim for financial compensation is by no means unreasonable. A nation that initiates economic sanctions should have an industrial apparatus to support them. How could your government issue an embargo with such a fragile economy?"

She continues: "Bamanese Department of International Affairs invited delegates from Radicalania, in order to give some data and facts about their involvement in the Z-Day. For Brezzia these facts are extremely clear and no further discussion is necessary: ​​Brezzia is not responsible for relations between other nations or alliances of which it is not a part."

I'm concerned about an Ambassador who thinks it's wise to come to a international negotiation with automatic weapons." Pazienza addresses the Bamanese representatives: "Please, for their own credibility, tell John Wayne and the Seven Brothers none of us are carrying automatic weapons. Because here - in this country... it don't add lines to your treaties. You get a life sentence for it."

"We thought an embargo was a good response because, like we mentioned, we export almost nothing. If you mind telling us, how much money did you lose due to this embargo" says Foger, visibly worried by what the answer might be
