Experiments in this field have been tried before notably by the Sultanates of Saranidia and Sharifistan. Due to the numerous military conflicts these countries found themselves in,

How this works:
1. Each country sends representatives.

2. Representatives can apply to HQ to issue red notices (for wanted criminals), yellow notices (for missing persons) and green notices (missing works of art or other valuables).

3. Representatives shall elect a Director-General.

4. Interpol shall provide training for police forces.
