Ok so can the setting be in the Imperial Palace of Awesome Imperium? And if a meeting is held in evergar where do we hold it?

[For the location in Awesome Imperium, yes, that's fine. If we ever have a meeting in Evergar, it will be held in Farmensk, the capital city.]

Ok the Meeting will be held in the Imperial Palace in Amitopia. The Leaders of evergar will be provided with class 4 diploatic passes so they will be let past the entrance check points. They will be greeted by the cheif of staff of the palace and led to the central hall were they will meet the rest of the Leadership of Awesome Imperium.

The palace staff were running in the halls and corridors preparing the palace for a major diplomatic event. All guards were stationed at a perfect position. The futiture was cleaned and the diamond fountain in the main hall was cleand, inspected for any damages and adorned with gold nuggets. Everything had to perfect for this grand occasion.

The Evergarian representatives had been put inside local vehicles with sufficient protectiveness. Among them was the man of their world, Wolverman himself. This was the first arrival and naturally felt obliged to visit as well. They were several klicks away from the palace.
